General requirements for labor protection 1.1. This instruction establishes the basic requirements for labor protection when working with a cleaning tool. 1.2. Workers who have passed a medical examination, on-the-job training, who have passed the examination of the qualification commission, who have passed an introductory briefing on labor protection when hiring and an initial briefing at the workplace, as well as repeated and, if necessary, unscheduled and targeted briefings on occupational health and safety practices. 1.3. Employees admitted to work must comply with the internal regulations established by the organization. 1.4. When working with a cleaning tool, you should observe the regime of work and rest. Rest and smoke is allowed in specially equipped places. 1.5. Employees are required to perform only the work assigned by the work manager. It is not allowed to entrust your work to other employees and allow unauthorized persons to enter the workplace. 1.6. An employee may be affected by dangerous and harmful production factors: noise, vibration, unfavorable parameters of the production microclimate, electric current, gas and dust pollution, moving machines and mechanisms. 1.7. Overalls, footwear and other personal protective equipment are issued to employees in accordance with applicable standards in accordance with the work performed. 1.8. In the event of an accident, stop work, notify management and seek medical attention. 1.9. In the event of an accident with another employee, first (pre-medical) medical care should be provided to him and he should be sent to a medical facility. 1.10. Each employee must comply with fire safety rules, know the fire warning signals, the location of fire extinguishing equipment and be able to use them. It is not allowed to use fire-fighting equipment for household purposes, blocking passages and access to fire-fighting equipment. 1.11. If any questions arise during the work related to its safe performance, you should contact the employee responsible for the safe performance of work. 1.12. Workers performing work with cleaning tools need to know and follow the rules of personal hygiene (wash hands with soap and water or take a shower). 1.13. Employees who do not comply with the requirements of this instruction are liable in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. 2. Labor protection requirements before starting work 2.1. Before starting work, work clothes should be put in order: fasten the cuffs of the sleeves, tuck in the clothes so that there are no free fluttering parts, put the hair under a tight-fitting headdress. It is not allowed to work in light shoes (slippers, sandals, sandals). 2.2. Inspect the workplace, remove objects that interfere with work and clear the aisles. When installing on the machine, the circle should be checked for runout. The mandrel of the circle is allowed to be done only with a special device. Checking the wheel with a notch, chisel or other similar tool is not allowed. 2.7. Each circle with a diameter of 250 mm or more, as well as circles with a diameter of 125 mm or more, designed to work at a speed of more than 50 m / s, assembled with a faceplate, must be balanced before being installed on the machine. If an imbalance of the wheel is detected after the first dressing or during operation, it is necessary to re-balance it. 2.8. The operation of abrasive tools with the use of coolant should be carried out in heated rooms. 2.9. Before starting work, the wheel mounted on the machine must be subjected to short-term idle rotation at the working speed:

Abrasive wheels at the workplace should be stored in a special cell box with drilled holes for grinding heads. 3.8. The workplace should be kept clean, spilled (spilled) substances, objects, materials should be removed from the floor in a timely manner. Do not clutter up the workplace, aisles and driveways. 3.10. Refueling of abrasive wheels with a diameter of 60 mm or more should be done with a metal cone fixed in the body. 4. Labor protection requirements in emergency situations 4.1.
