  • when the chains break, they fall off the drive and other parts break down;
  • when people appear in the danger zone;
  • in the event of a sudden power outage.

3.8. It is forbidden:

  • walk on the conveyor;
  • carry out repairs, cleaning, lubrication while the conveyor is running.

3.9. When forming a package for drying, the two should work in concert so that the boards do not touch or hit each other.

3.10. The package should be formed by rolling the boards, observing the geometric dimensions, not allowing individual boards to go beyond the dimensions of the package and stops of the trolleys. The top row along the edges should be reduced by two boards on each side.

3.11. The distance between stacks of lumber should be at least 0,7 m.

3.16. Do not allow the formation of blockages at the miter saw.

3.17. Do not operate if the saw guard is missing or defective. The use of saws with uncut, incorrectly set, broken teeth, wingedness and cracks on the discs is not allowed.

3.18. Do not correct a jammed, uncut board before the saw stops.

3.19. Removal of gaskets on a bag forming machine stuck on an inclined lift, correction of knocked-down boards on a conveyor and on a formed bag must be carried out using a special hook. When cleaning the pit of the inclined lift from debris, foreign objects and snow, it is necessary to fix the felling platform with a latch.

3.20. When forming a drying stack of lumber on a vertical lift, the end stops must be closed with a special hook.

3.21. Before starting to lift the formed stack of lumber, open a special hook, move the end stops by turning 30 - 40 cm from their original position, and then turn on the lift.

3.22. Rolling stacks manually is prohibited.

3.23. When placing trolleys, push them away from you.

3.24. Inter-row spacers should have dimensions of 25x40x1800 mm.

3.25. During the lifting of the trolleys, it is forbidden to be directly near them and perform any operations.

3.26. Before transferring a pack of boards by trolleys to and from the traverse trolley, the rail heads coming out of the loading area and drying chambers must be positioned exactly against the rail heads on the trolley.

3.27. To prevent spontaneous movement of packages with trolleys, they should be fixed on the rails with shoes or other braking devices. It is forbidden to use fragments of boards or spacers for braking.

3.28. When moving the traverse trolley, it is necessary to give a signal, make sure that there are no people and prevent people and objects from being in its way that impede movement.

3.33. During the movement of a package with boards on trolleys, it is necessary to ensure that the trolleys do not derail. In case of detection of a warp and the beginning of the ramps of the trolleys from the rails, immediately turn off the winch and take measures to prevent the collapse of the package. When rolling the stack into the chamber, it is not allowed to turn it around.

3.34. Make sure that the rope is correctly positioned in the block. In the event of a cable coming out of the block stream, turn off the winch, loosen the rope and insert it into the block.

3.35. It is forbidden to be in the zone of bending of the cable and blocks and along the entire length of its tension.

4.5. The victim or eyewitness must notify the foreman or the appropriate work manager of each accident.

4.6. Each worker must be able to provide first aid. Assistance must be provided immediately at the scene of the incident. The first step is to eliminate the source of injury (turn off the engine, stop the mechanism, release the victim, etc.).

The provision of assistance should begin with the most significant that threatens the health or life of a person: in case of severe bleeding, apply a tourniquet, and then bandage the wound; if a closed fracture is suspected, apply a splint for open fractures, first bandage the wound, and then apply a splint; for burns, apply a dry bandage; in case of frostbite, gently rub the affected area using soft or fluffy tissues.

If spinal injuries are suspected, the victim can only be transported in the supine position on a rigid base.

After providing first aid, the victim should be sent to the nearest medical facility.

5. Labor protection requirements at the end of work

5.1. Upon completion of work, you should:

The existence of an entropy rule for quantum entanglement has been proven 09.05.2024

Quantum mechanics continues to amaze us with its mysterious phenomena and unexpected discoveries. Recently, Bartosz Regula from the RIKEN Center for Quantum Computing and Ludovico Lamy from the University of Amsterdam presented a new discovery that concerns quantum entanglement and its relation to entropy. Quantum entanglement plays an important role in modern quantum information science and technology. However, the complexity of its structure makes understanding and managing it challenging. Regulus and Lamy's discovery shows that quantum entanglement follows an entropy rule similar to that for classical systems. This discovery opens new perspectives in the field of quantum information science and technology, deepening our understanding of quantum entanglement and its connection to thermodynamics. The results of the study indicate the possibility of reversibility of entanglement transformations, which could greatly simplify their use in various quantum technologies. Opening a new rule ... >>

World's smallest IrDA (FIR) module 27.10.2006

ROHM introduced an infrared communication module for cellular phones with a remote control function. It complies with the high-speed IrDA (Infrared Data Association) standard with a transfer rate of 4 Mbps.

Shipment of RPM972-H14 engineering samples has already begun, and mass production will begin at ROHM ELECTRONICS DALIAN in November 2006. Built-in infrared remote control has recently become a standard feature on cell phones. The use of infrared rays forms the basis of progress in this field.

The RPM972-H14 module developed by ROIIM is based on the RPM971-H14, to which the remote control function has been added. The RPM971-H14 is the world's smallest surface mount IrDA communication module for mass production.

In addition, the RPM972-H14 does not need an external resistor, which is required for conventional modules in remote control mode. This promotes design flexibility and saves board space.
