When laying gaskets under a lumber package, you must not be in the danger zone, especially when the package is lifted by a forklift. 3.15. The packages of lumber fed to the bag forming machine should be placed on the receiving platform so that the end of the package coincides with the straightening line of the supply chain conveyor. 3.16. Do not allow the formation of blockages at the miter saw. 3.17. Do not operate if the saw guard is missing or defective. The use of saws with uncut, incorrectly set, broken teeth, wingedness and cracks on the discs is not allowed. 3.18. Do not correct a jammed, uncut board before the saw stops. 3.19. Removal of gaskets on a bag forming machine stuck on an inclined lift, correction of knocked-down boards on a conveyor and on a formed bag must be carried out using a special hook. When cleaning the pit of the inclined lift from debris, foreign objects and snow, it is necessary to fix the felling platform with a latch. 3.20. When forming a drying stack of lumber on a vertical lift, the end stops must be closed with a special hook. 3.21. Before starting to lift the formed stack of lumber, open a special hook, move the end stops by turning 30 - 40 cm from their original position, and then turn on the lift. 3.22. Rolling stacks manually is prohibited. 3.23. When placing trolleys, push them away from you. 3.24. Inter-row spacers should have dimensions of 25x40x1800 mm. 3.25. During the lifting of the trolleys, it is forbidden to be directly near them and perform any operations. 3.26. Before transferring a pack of boards by trolleys to and from the traverse trolley, the rail heads coming out of the loading area and drying chambers must be positioned exactly against the rail heads on the trolley. 3.27. To prevent spontaneous movement of packages with trolleys, they should be fixed on the rails with shoes or other braking devices. It is forbidden to use fragments of boards or spacers for braking. 3.28. When moving the traverse trolley, it is necessary to give a signal, make sure that there are no people and prevent people and objects from being in its way that impede movement. 3.29. When moving trolleys with a package and a traverse trolley, you should move away from them at a distance of at least 3 m. At the same time, it is forbidden to be in the danger zone of the moving rope and the guide block. 3.30. An employee operating a traverse trolley is prohibited from protruding beyond the size of the package 3.31. It is not allowed to ride on a traverse cart, to cross it while moving. 3.32. Before moving the package to the traverse trolley of the drying chamber, make sure that the middle trolley is hooked securely and that there are no people in the way of movement. 3.33. During the movement of a package with boards on trolleys, it is necessary to ensure that the trolleys do not derail. In case of detection of a warp and the beginning of the ramps of the trolleys from the rails, immediately turn off the winch and take measures to prevent the collapse of the package. When rolling the stack into the chamber, it is not allowed to turn it around. 3.34. Make sure that the rope is correctly positioned in the block. In the event of a cable coming out of the block stream, turn off the winch, loosen the rope and insert it into the block. 3.35. It is forbidden to be in the zone of bending of the cable and blocks and along the entire length of its tension. 3.36. Make sure that the doors of the drying chamber are completely open, so that the package could not touch their edges and fall apart. 3.37. When opening the doors of the drying chamber, move at least 1 m away from the door panels. 3.38. If it is necessary to carry out work inside the chamber, the air temperature in it should not exceed 40°C. At the entrance to the drying chamber, a person on duty must be at the door. Rolling in, rolling out and rolling of stacks into chambers should be carried out with the fans of air supply to the drying chamber switched on. 3.39. When rolling out, rolling up or moving the package along the rail tracks with a winch, you should move away from it at a distance of at least 3 m and not be in the danger zone of the moving rope and guide block. 3.40. It is forbidden to be in the danger zone of lifting the package with an overhead crane and under the package, on the path of the trolleys, to support the trolley and the cable hook with your hands during their movement. 3.41. When forming a package of dried lumber, the worker involved in the management of the bag forming machine should be at the push-button station at the time of dumping the lumber. It is allowed to leave the push-button station for lumber adjustment only after the lumber has been dropped onto the chain conveyor and stopped. 3.42. When rolling the stack onto the unraveling machine, make sure that the legs of the hoist descend evenly. 3.43. Before lifting the stack, check that the chains and cable are in good condition. 3.44. When dumping the boards on the transport chains of the breaking machine, it is forbidden to stay on them. 3.45. It is forbidden to stand under a raised stack of lumber. 3.46. When forming a transport package, in order to give it the correct geometric shape and stability, it is necessary to lay transverse spacers every 300 - 400 mm. 3.47. When boards fall from the transport chains of the stripping machine onto the stacked package, step aside. 3.48. The slinging of the formed package can be performed by workers who have a slinger's certificate and have passed the next knowledge test. 3.49. Adjustment of gaskets in the container can be done with the conveyor belt stopped. 3.50. It is not allowed to accumulate gaskets in the container that require adjustment. This operation must be carried out systematically. 3.51. It is forbidden to dump the gaskets that have not fallen off by hand. This should be done with a special tool or other gasket. 3.52.
