1. General requirements for labor protection

1.1. As security guards who can use service weapons to perform their functions, persons are allowed not younger than 21 years old, trained according to a special program in the prescribed manner, having a private security guard's certificate and permission to carry service weapons in the line of duty, who have passed a medical commission and do not have contraindications for this specialty, who have passed the test of knowledge in terms of safety when using small arms, ammunition and other special means.

1.2. Before being allowed to perform security functions, personnel must undergo an introductory briefing and at the workplace. Re-testing the security guard's knowledge is carried out at least once every 12 months.

1.3. The guard must know and perform:

1.3.1. Law of Ukraine "On private detective and security activities in Ukraine";

1.3.2. List of types of special means used in private and security activities;

1.3.3. Rules for the use of special means by security guards;

1.3.4. Features of certain types of special means.

1.3.5. The procedure for accounting, storage and carrying of weapons, special means, ammunition;

1.3.6. Legal basis for the use of weapons and special means by security guards;

1.3.7. Device, principle of operation of small arms, special means;

1.3.8. Safe techniques for carrying, cleaning, reloading small arms;

1.3.9. Rules of internal labor regulations.

1.4. To perform security functions, personnel are provided with:

protective vest 1-5 protection class;
protective helmet 1-3 protection class;
special equipment "Bird cherry-10" and its analogies;
gas pistol;
handcuffs;
rubber stick;
pistol PM TU-9375-88;
gun SAIGA 410 K, IZH-81;
ammunition for weapons.

1.5. Rules for the use of special means by security guards:

1.5.1. The legal basis for the use of special means by security guards is the Law of Ukraine "On Private Security Activities in Ukraine".

1.6. The guard must remember that in case of violation of the instructions, he is liable in accordance with applicable law.

2. Labor protection requirements before starting work

2.1. Use overalls, footwear and other PPE issued in accordance with industry standards.

2.2. Get a service weapon, ammo and check:

2.2.1. So that the gun, the gun was on the safety lock;

2.2.2. The cartridges were in the clip.

3. Labor protection requirements during work

3.1. Each type of service weapon must be assigned specifically to a specific guard with an order for use, indicating the number of the weapon.

3.2. The pistol must be in a holster, the holster on the waist belt.

3.3. It is impossible to unnecessarily direct weapons towards people, personnel, even if the weapon is not loaded.

3.4. When loading and unloading the weapon, point the barrel to the side where there are no people, or upwards at an angle of 40-60o.

3.5. It is forbidden to plug bores, leave weapons and ammunition unattended.

3.6. When handling weapons and ammunition, it is prohibited:

3.6.1. assign weapons to untrained personnel;

3.6.2. use faulty weapons;

3.6.3. store weapons in a contaminated state;

3.6.4. carry personal weapons without a holster, and loose cartridges;

3.6.5. transfer weapons and ammunition to each other when changing posts;

3.6.6. keep at home combat and accounting weapons and ammunition;

3.6.7. to have a weapon while in a sanatorium, in a rest home, on vacation, for treatment, as well as when visiting the theater, clubs and other public places, if staying in them is not related to service.

3.7. You can start cleaning and disassembling the weapon only after checking whether it is not laid down.

3.8. Clean weapons only in an organized manner, in a specially designated place.

3.9. Before practical firing with all personnel, it is necessary to carefully study the material part of the weapon, the rules for handling it and the corresponding requirements of the firing course. Shooting order.

In this case, special attention should be paid to compliance with the security measures established for the weapon from which it is planned to fire.

3.10. Practical shooting is to be carried out on equipped shooting ranges. The issuance of ammunition for firing must be carried out only at the command of the chief of firing.

At the end of the shooting, the head is obliged to strictly check the consumption of ammunition and on the same day to hand over unused cartridges and spent cartridge cases to the warehouse.

4. Labor protection requirements in emergency situations

4.1. Cartridges with weak fastening of bullets, with cracks, dents and greening of cartridge cases are not allowed for use.

4.2. After a misfire, open the shutter after 5 - 10 seconds, do not use cartridges with a misfire, hand over to the elder.

4.3. In the event of a shortage of cartridges, cartridge cases, the firing leader immediately reports this on command to the application of measures to find the missing ammunition.

5. Labor protection requirements at the end of work

5.1. Hand over your shift and weapons in the prescribed manner.

5.2. Report to the shift supervisor about all noticed violations of the access control and internal labor regulations.
