Safe Operation

1. General safety requirements

The following persons are allowed to work on the M-12 portal-type washing installation (hereinafter referred to as the “installation”):

1.1. have completed training in the 8-hour technical program of the company "ISTOBAL" and practical training on the installation under the guidance of a mechanic for 48 hours;

1.2. completed safety, fire safety, and industrial sanitation training;

1.3. who have studied the operator’s job responsibilities and passed tests on all points with registration of entries in the briefing logs.

2. Safety requirements before starting work

2.1. Visually verify that all process sections are closed;

2.2. Make sure that there are no foreign objects (hoses, cables, cords, etc.) on the moving parts of the installation and on the floor (in the platform movement area);

2.3. Make sure that the technological tanks are filled and the water and air supply taps are open. Compressor on;

2.4. Ensure that the vehicle enters the platform correctly: slowly, centered, and parallel to the platform guide bars;

2.5. Install the front left wheel of the car into the fixing “shoe” of the platform;

2.6. Important! Turn off the engine and put the car on the handbrake;

2.7. Set the car mirrors to the closed position (fold);

2.8. Remove removable antennas.

3. Safety requirement during operation

During the operation of the installation, the operator is prohibited from:

3.1. leave the installation;

3.2. leave the unit unattended with the control panel turned on;

3.3. work with the lighting turned off or no supply voltage to the lighting network, insufficient water pressure, or the compressor turned off;

3.4. allow clients and unauthorized persons to work on the installation or other technological equipment, as well as be in the working area of the installation;

3.5. enter the software systems of the installation computer control panel;

3.6. It is prohibited to work on the installation (wash cars, move the platform, etc.):

with a faulty installation;
during routine maintenance of electrical equipment, pumping or compressor stations;
in case of high or low water pressure, air pressure, high or low voltage in the network;
in the absence of grounding, the rail of the washing installation;
move the portal platform with open technological compartments. Compartments must be permanently locked with appropriate locks. Only technical service representatives are allowed to open the compartments and only for routine maintenance and repair work;

3.7. refuel cars with fuel and other technical fluids and carry out maintenance and repair of cars directly in the box of an automatic washing installation;

3.8. pour acids, toxic chemicals, flammable and combustible liquids into wastewater treatment facilities;

3.9. use recycled water and water for technical needs as drinking water;

3.10. to be in the car being serviced (while washing it) for clients, children and animals;

3.11. leave open body openings, door glass;

3.12. leave keys, magnetic antennas, flashing lights, etc. in the door locks. non-standard equipment placed on the car body;

3.13. It is prohibited to enter the technological site of the portal for vehicles whose height exceeds 230 centimeters (UAZ, GAZelle, minibuses), as well as motorcycles and other vehicles with non-standard non-retractable equipment, such as: flashing lights, additional spotlights, non-folding oversized mirrors, non-removable non-standard body attachments (bumpers, spoilers, trunks), windows, hoods, trunks, doors and door windows that cannot be closed, faulty hand brakes and cars in disrepair;

3.14. It is strictly forbidden to climb onto the drying box, the top of the portal, etc.

4. Safety requirement in emergency situations

4. In the event of an emergency, stop the installation using the STOP emergency switch and call a technical service representative (duty mechanic).

5. Safety requirement at the end of work

5.1. set the washing unit to its original position;

5.2. close the valves for supplying water and compressed air;

5.3. clean the room from dirt and foam, wash the floors;

5.4. turn off ventilation and lighting.

Asus ROG Swift PG278Q Monitor with Nvidia G-Sync 01.08.2014
