Soles, soles and scars for repairing shoes with glue and thread methods of attaching the bottom are ground from the non-facing side over the entire surface for a strong bond. Leather soles and soles are also sanded from the front side during their subsequent finishing with wax paints, and rubber soles that are not combined with heels - from the running side in the heel part for subsequent gluing of rubber heels. Leather insoles are polished from the front side to improve the hygienic properties of shoes. 3.16. Bottom details are polished on machines 04163-RZ and ShN-O. 3.17. Machine 04163-РЗ, simultaneously with grinding the details of the bottom of the shoe, ensures their alignment in thickness. The machine consists of a base in the form of a cabinet, in the upper part of which the working bodies are located, and an aspirator with a separator. Sole bonding presses 3.18. Repair of soles and shoes of the adhesive fastening method consists in setting soles when the outsole is worn out or scars when the toe or other separate area of the sole part of the sole is worn out. Preventive sole repair is also widely used, consisting in gluing molded rubber soles to the leather soles of little-worn or new shoes. 3.19. Thermal activation of adhesive films is an integral part of the technological process of repair and replacement of shoe bottom parts. For this purpose, thermal activators of infrared radiation MOI-7 and reflex type TS-R are used. 3.20. PP-R, PPP-R, PKP-R, UNP-Ridr presses are used for gluing parts at shoe repair enterprises. 3.21. Press PP-R manual action desktop type is used for gluing the soles and hems in all types of shoes (except boots). 3.22. PPP-R and PKP-R presses have a pneumatic drive and allow gluing both soles and soles. 3.23. The UNP-R press has a hydraulic drive and is designed for gluing soles, soles and heels during shoe repair. Sole sewing machines 3.24. To attach soles, soles and welts with a through single-thread chain seam passing through the attached part, the protracted edge of the top and the insole, the same type, two-speed machines 03012-R2, 03012-RZ and PNK are used. 3.25. The 03012-P2 machine consists of a bed with a head, drive mechanisms, a presser foot, product transportation, a needle, a threader, a threader, a thread tensioner and a thread dosage and a horn assembly. When attaching the welt, the presser foot is replaced with a special welt guide. To ensure a more reliable fastening of parts, the thread on the machine is impregnated with pitch and heated by electric heaters placed in the horn of the machine. 3.26. Machine 03012-РЗ differs from machine 03012-Р2 by an elongated horn, which allows attaching soles and welts to boots with an elongated shaft. Upper and lining repair equipment 3.27. For small and medium repairs of leather shoes, single-needle sewing machines 012040-P1,01204, 2-P01204, 5-P01204, 6-P78, 378 and XNUMX class PMZ are used to perform thread fastening of the top and lining. 3.28.
