Safe Operation

To avoid accidents during work, follow the following safety rules:

1. Make sure that the floors of the premises are always clean and dry. Immediately remove crumbs, pieces, broken dishes, spilled liquids and fats from the floor.

2. When cleaning premises, use a brush, dustpan, rag and do not remove garbage and waste directly with your hands.

3. When cleaning premises in the evening, as well as darkened premises, require the administration to provide adequate lighting.

4. Carry hot water for cleaning the floor in a closed container; in exceptional cases, when carrying boiling water in a bucket without a lid, fill the bucket to no more than three-quarters of its capacity.

5. When washing floors in utility rooms near stacks, check their stability, and if the stack is unstable or there is a possibility of individual loads falling from it, ask the administration to eliminate the danger of the work.

6. When washing floors, beware of splinters and nails in the floor.

7. When washing floors with chlorinated water, add no more than 100 g of lime per bucket of warm water.

8. Be careful when cleaning areas near hatches, descents, stairs and doors.

9. Before moving stacks, shelves, cabinets and other equipment and furniture, check and remove objects from their surface. Which may fall.

10. Do not lift or carry loads weighing more than 15 kg alone and loads weighing more than 30 kg together.

11. When performing work at heights (wiping walls, ceilings, windows, etc.), use only serviceable ladders or stepladders with iron tips or rubber linings.

12. Put the ladder with an inclination to the floor, not exceeding 60 degrees.

13. Do not use random stands, boxes, barrels and other objects instead of ladders.

14. Wipe parts of the machine only after they have come to a complete stop.

15. Do not place rags or any other objects on equipment, machines or apparatus.

16. Do not touch exposed or exposed live parts (knives, switches, live parts, plug sockets, etc.), as well as exposed and poorly insulated wires.

17. Clean electrical devices and electrical equipment only after you are sure. That the current is turned off.

18. When an electric current is detected on the bodies of machines or devices, on radiators, pipelines; and so on. stop cleaning and immediately report this to the administration of the enterprise.

19. At the end of the work, put the equipment necessary for cleaning in the designated place.

20. Do not perform work on your own that is not assigned to you, do not operate machines and devices that you are not authorized to operate.

21. When transferring to another job, demand from the administration that you be instructed in safe methods for this job.

Artificial leather for touch emulation 15.04.2024

In a modern technology world where distance is becoming increasingly commonplace, maintaining connection and a sense of closeness is important. Recent developments in artificial skin by German scientists from Saarland University represent a new era in virtual interactions. German researchers from Saarland University have developed ultra-thin films that can transmit the sensation of touch over a distance. This cutting-edge technology provides new opportunities for virtual communication, especially for those who find themselves far from their loved ones. The ultra-thin films developed by the researchers, just 50 micrometers thick, can be integrated into textiles and worn like a second skin. These films act as sensors that recognize tactile signals from mom or dad, and as actuators that transmit these movements to the baby. Parents' touch to the fabric activates sensors that react to pressure and deform the ultra-thin film. This ... >>

Petgugu Global cat litter 15.04.2024

Taking care of pets can often be a challenge, especially when it comes to keeping your home clean. A new interesting solution from the Petgugu Global startup has been presented, which will make life easier for cat owners and help them keep their home perfectly clean and tidy. Startup Petgugu Global has unveiled a unique cat toilet that can automatically flush feces, keeping your home clean and fresh. This innovative device is equipped with various smart sensors that monitor your pet's toilet activity and activate to automatically clean after use. The device connects to the sewer system and ensures efficient waste removal without the need for intervention from the owner. Additionally, the toilet has a large flushable storage capacity, making it ideal for multi-cat households. The Petgugu cat litter bowl is designed for use with water-soluble litters and offers a range of additional ... >>

The attractiveness of caring men 14.04.2024

The stereotype that women prefer "bad boys" has long been widespread. However, recent research conducted by British scientists from Monash University offers a new perspective on this issue. They looked at how women responded to men's emotional responsibility and willingness to help others. The study's findings could change our understanding of what makes men attractive to women. A study conducted by scientists from Monash University leads to new findings about men's attractiveness to women. In the experiment, women were shown photographs of men with brief stories about their behavior in various situations, including their reaction to an encounter with a homeless person. Some of the men ignored the homeless man, while others helped him, such as buying him food. A study found that men who showed empathy and kindness were more attractive to women compared to men who showed empathy and kindness. ... >>

DRE120 and DRE240 are compact, efficient DIN rail power supplies 05.05.2016

Chinfa has developed compact and efficient 120W and 240W DIN rail power supplies. The new series of power supplies DRE120 and DRE240 have increased efficiency (efficiency up to 93%), high peak overload capacity (up to 150%), active power correction circuit (l>0.95) and the possibility of parallel operation to increase current (parallel operation is selected by a switch) .

The power supplies are operable in the industrial temperature range from -40°С to +71°С. Products are available for two output voltages 12 and 24 V, and in models with a voltage of 24 V there is an additional relay for remote control ("dry" contact). The DRE120 and DRE240 have a set of protective measures against short circuit, overload, overvoltage and overheating, and in terms of electromagnetic compatibility, they comply with the requirements of EN55022 class B (CISPR22-B).

Given the high overload capacity, it is possible to implement selective low voltage protection in the system. New series of power supplies are designed for industrial automation systems, as well as other systems operating in a wide temperature range, where there are requirements for the efficiency and quality of the supply voltage.

Main technical parameters of DRE120 and DRE240 series:

Output power 120 and 240 W
Output voltage 12 and 24 V
Input voltage range 88-264V (AC) / 120-375V (DC)
Efficiency up to 93%
Power factor l>0,95
Overload capacity up to 150%
Ability to work in parallel mode (up to 3 pcs.)
Temperature range -40°С...+71°С
