Repair and maintenance of electrical equipment of load-lifting cranes is allowed for persons not younger than 18 years old who have passed a medical examination, special training, practical training, having an electrical safety group, having the appropriate qualifications in accordance with the tariff and qualification directory. Periodic medical examinations of an electrical equipment repairman must take place once every 1 months. Electricians who have been instructed in safety precautions and have learned safe working methods are allowed to carry out independent work on the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment of lifting mechanisms. In the course of work, within the time limits set at the enterprise, the electrician must undergo safety briefing, coursework for an 18-hour program and pass exams on knowledge of the rules for the technical operation of consumer electrical installations and safety regulations for the operation of consumer electrical installations. 1.4. An electrician for servicing and repairing electrical equipment of cranes must know the terms for testing protective equipment and devices, the rules for operating and caring for them, and be able to use them. It is not allowed to use protective equipment and devices with an expired test period. 1.5. An electrician who uses lifting mechanisms, electric and pneumatic tools, grinding and drilling machines in the course of their main work, as well as performing work associated with increased danger and harmfulness, must undergo additional training, pass the technical minimum for the device and operation of this equipment, tools, instructions on the rules for the safe performance of work, and have an appropriate certificate. 1.6. An electrician for the maintenance and repair of cranes must know and comply with safety requirements. 1.7. The electrician during the period of work must use personal protective equipment (overalls, safety shoes, gloves, glasses, etc.) issued by the administration of the enterprise. 1.8. After working with varnishes and their solvents, wash your hands with warm water and soap. 1.9. An electrician for the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment of lifting mechanisms who violates labor protection requirements is held liable in accordance with the job descriptions established for each employee in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. 1.10. An electrician for the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment of load-lifting cranes in accordance with Article 4 d of the "Fundamentals of the legislation of the Russian Federation on labor protection" has the right to refuse without any unreasonable consequences for him from performing work in the event of an immediate danger to his life and health until it is eliminated this danger. 2. Wrenches should only be used according to the size of the nuts or bolts. When tightening or loosening nuts or bolts, do not install a lining between the edges of the wrench and nut, as well as use levers. 3.7. When removing, pressing and pressing plug-in units and parts, use pullers, presses and other devices that ensure safe operation. 3.8. When working at a workbench, make sure that its surface is clean, smooth and free from burrs. 3.9. When disassembling electric motors, shields, stators, rotors and anchors should be placed on special racks and stands. 3.10. Welding or soldering of the ends of the windings should be carried out only in protective glasses. 3.11. Before testing electrical equipment after repair, it must be firmly fixed, grounded (zeroed), and rotating and moving parts are closed with safety covers. 3.12.
