At a number of enterprises, industries, works, the impact of adverse production factors on the body of an employee cannot always be prevented by technical measures. Personal protective equipment, organization of work and rest. In such cases, their impact is weakened or eliminated in other ways. Namely, through the issuance of additional nutrition, the issuance of milk and dairy products, therapeutic and preventive nutrition.

Supplementary nutrition is a list of food products recommended to the victim, characterized by a given nutritional value (calorie content and a set of essential nutrients), supplementing the usual diet.

Supplementary nutrition is essential for the victim. It consists in meeting the increased need of the body of the victims for energy and nutrients, in preventing the development of insufficiency of essential nutrients, in using the therapeutic and prophylactic properties of individual foods that prevent the progression of a number of occupational diseases and the consequences of accidents at work and contribute to the rehabilitation of victims.

It should be noted that additional food can be provided in the form of monetary compensation for the purchase by the victims of food packages of the prescribed diet of additional food and multivitamin preparations per day per one victim.

Medical criteria and indications for providing additional food to victims are formulated and reflected in the Guidelines MU 2001/127 "Providing additional food to victims of accidents at work and occupational diseases" (approved by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation on June 21, 2001).

Recommendations on the need of the victim for additional nutrition, its type and terms of provision are issued by the clinical expert commission of the healthcare institution providing medical assistance to the victim.

The nature of additional nutrition may change during the treatment (rehabilitation) of the victim. For the period of sanatorium-resort treatment, additional meals are not provided.

The need for additional nutrition is determined during the examination of the victim in the institution of medical and social expertise to establish the need for additional nutrition in accordance with the terms specified in the rehabilitation program of the victim, but at least once a year.

The conclusion of the institution of medical and social expertise and the application of the victim are submitted to the executive body of the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation, which pays the cost of additional food for the victim in accordance with applicable law.

WQHD screens with In-cell Touch technology 15.03.2015

Japan Display announced that it was the first to mass-produce WQHD displays using In-cell Touch technology.

The In-cell Touch system places touch sensors directly below the screen surface, eliminating the need for a separate panel and reducing the thickness of the display module.

In the case of Japan Display's new screens, a proprietary implementation of In-cell Touch technology called Pixel Eyes is used. Touches are determined by the change in capacitance between the electrodes on the TFT substrate and the color filter substrate.
