In any production, the labor of auxiliary workers is used. They can be affected by hazardous and harmful production factors such as moving machines and mechanisms, transported goods, products, containers, collapsing stacks of stored products; low temperature of the surfaces of refrigeration equipment, raw materials; reduced air temperature of the working area; increased air movement; increased voltage in the electrical circuit; sharp edges, burrs, uneven surfaces of tools, inventory, products and containers; physical overload.

An auxiliary worker should know that the provisions on labor protection of section 10 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation apply to him. The legislator developed and by the Decree of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation of May 24, 2002 No. 36 approved the Standard instruction on labor protection for an auxiliary worker TI R M-047-2002. On the basis of this instruction, the employer develops his own instruction on labor protection for the auxiliary worker, taking into account his work in a particular organization. Such an instruction should contain general safety requirements, safety requirements before starting work, during work, after completion, as well as safety requirements in an emergency.

An auxiliary worker must be aware that he is obliged to notify his immediate supervisor about any situation that threatens the life and health of people, about every accident that occurs at work, about the deterioration of his health, including the manifestation of signs of an acute illness.

If an auxiliary worker believes that the employer is infringing on his rights in the field of labor protection, then he has the right to apply to the Labor Disputes Commission, if such has been created by the employer. If there is no such commission, then to the administration of the employer. If the employer does not respond in any way to the employee's appeal or the decision of the Labor Disputes Commission, the employee may apply to the state body with a statement about the violation of his rights. Today, such a body is the Federal Labor Inspectorate. The Federal Inspectorate considers citizens' appeals about violations of their labor rights and issues orders to eliminate such violations, if they really took place. In addition, based on the results of the audit, an administrative protocol can be drawn up and a decision made to bring the head and / or organization to administrative responsibility.

In autistics, the hemispheres of the brain work symmetrically 14.12.2016

Scientists from the University of San Diego in the United States found that the left and right hemispheres of the brain in autism spectrum disorder (ASD) function more symmetrically than in normal development.

The authors of the work studied the work of the brain in 41 children and adolescents with ASD and 44 with normal development using the method of functional MRI. They managed to find out that if in the norm there is a certain “division of labor” between the hemispheres, then in autism it is practically absent, and all connections between neurons are organized symmetrically. And if during normal development the density of connections in the right hemisphere is noticeably higher, then with autistic disorder, as it turned out, it practically does not differ from the density of connections in the left hemisphere.

Perhaps it is this feature of the functioning of the brain that is behind the cognitive impairments of autistic people, when they are well versed in the details, but have difficulty putting them into the big picture. However, the authors of the work note that further research is required - it is not yet clear whether this feature is a cause or a consequence of the development of autism spectrum disorders.
