Earlier on the territory of the Russian Federation, the Decree of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation dated October 12, 1994 No. 65 "On Approval of the Model Regulations on the Procedure for Training and Testing Knowledge in Occupational Safety and Health of Managers and Specialists of Enterprises, Institutions and Organizations" was in force.

By Decree of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation of October 15, 2001 No. 74, the above decree was declared invalid. At the moment, the order of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation of April 22, 1997 No. 779 "On the training and testing of knowledge on labor protection of managers and specialists of the system of the Ministry of Education of Russia" and the Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation of May 7, 1998 No. 155 "On the organization of training and testing knowledge on labor protection of managers and specialists of the system of the Ministry of Health of Russia".

Today, federal executive authorities, executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, enterprises need to develop relevant provisions, taking into account their specificity.

Managers and specialists who have arrived at the enterprise undergo an introductory briefing, which is conducted by a labor protection engineer or a person who is entrusted with these duties by order of the head.

To test the knowledge on labor protection of managers and specialists at the enterprise, by order (instruction) of their leaders, attestation commissions for testing knowledge (one or more) are created. The commission includes heads and specialists of labor protection services, chief specialists (technologist, mechanic, power engineer, etc.), state labor protection inspectors (in agreement with them), representatives of the relevant elected trade union body.

The specific composition, procedure and form of work of the commission determine business leaders.

Members of the knowledge testing commission must have a document certifying their authority and pass a knowledge test on labor protection. If the size of the enterprise does not allow the creation of a knowledge testing commission, then the knowledge testing of the managers and specialists of such enterprises, as well as persons engaged in entrepreneurial activities related to work that are subject to additional labor protection requirements, should be carried out in the knowledge testing commissions of training centers , combines, institutes with a special permit.

The results of testing knowledge on labor protection of managers and specialists of enterprises are documented in protocols of a certain form. Persons who have passed the knowledge test on labor protection are issued certificates.

Control over the timely testing of knowledge on labor protection of managers and specialists of enterprises is carried out by the state labor inspectorate.

The Canadian company Harbor Air conducted the first flight of an electrified passenger seaplane DHC-2 Beaver.

On December 10, Canadian airline Harbor Air conducted a successful flight of an electric version of the DHC-2 Beaver seaplane on the Fraser River, near Vancouver.

The length of the DHC-2 Beaver is 9,2 meters and has a wingspan of 14,6 m. It can reach speeds of up to 255 kilometers per hour, and the range of the car is up to 732 kilometers. The device was converted into an electric aircraft by the Australian company MagniX, commissioned by Harbor Air: the car received a 200 kilowatt-hour battery and a Magni500 electric motor with a maximum power of 559 kilowatts, weighing 135 kilograms.
