Part of the work of increased danger, "legitimized" by the local regulations of the enterprise, requires the issuance of a work permit.

Work permit - this is a task for the production of work, drawn up on a special form of the established form and defining the content, place of work, time of its beginning and end, conditions for safe conduct, composition of the team and persons responsible for the safety of the work. The form of the work permit is somewhat different for conducting different work, the structure of the content remains the same.

Be sure to indicate:

  • preparatory measures and a mark on their implementation;
  • composition of the brigade;
  • the conduct and passage of targeted briefing is recorded;
  • start and end time of work;
  • confirmation of completion of work.

The work permit is issued for the period necessary to perform a given amount of work (in some cases, for a work shift). Issuance and return of it are recorded in the journal.

The work permit is issued, as a rule, in two copies. One is with the person who issued the work permit, the other is issued to the responsible work manager. When working on the territory of the customer enterprise, it is advisable to draw up a work permit in three copies (the 3rd copy is issued to the responsible person of the existing customer enterprise). In addition, the third copy of the work permit is also issued in a number of cases, stipulated by separate Safety Rules.

Corrections when filling out a work permit are not allowed.

In case of failure to perform work at the time specified in the work permit or changes in the conditions for the production of work, the work is stopped, the work permit is closed, the resumption of work is allowed only after the issuance of a new work permit.

Changes in the composition of the brigade are recorded in the appendix to the permit according to a special form.

The completion of work is documented by signatures in the work permit, and it is transferred to the responsible work manager.

The shelf life of a closed work permit is 30 days.

Conducting a safety briefing is recorded in the work permit with the signature of the participants.

The following persons are allowed to independently perform work of increased danger:

  • not younger than 18 years old (in some industries - not younger than 21 years old);
  • recognized as fit for work by a medical examination;
  • having a work experience in the specified works for at least one year and a tariff category not lower than the third;
  • trained and tested knowledge of the rules, regulations and instructions for labor protection;
  • having a certificate for the right to carry out these works;
  • who have been instructed at the workplace on safety during the performance of work.

Workers admitted to high-risk work for the first time, within one year, must perform such work under the direct supervision of experienced workers appointed for this by order of the organization.

The right to issue work permits is granted to specialists (foreman, site manager, etc.) certified in labor protection and authorized by order of the head of the organization, for example, technical director, chief engineer, deputy directors, heads of independent divisions and their deputies.

The persons issuing the work permit determine the need and scope of work, the conditions for the safe performance of these works, monitor the implementation of measures to ensure the safety of the work, determine the qualifications of the responsible work manager, responsible work executor, team members.

Responsible for the organization and performance of high-risk work are:

  • persons issuing the work permit;
  • responsible work managers;
  • responsible workers.

Responsible managers and performers must be certified for labor protection.

The following combination of duties of responsible persons is allowed:

  • the person issuing the work permit may at the same time be the responsible work manager;
  • the responsible work manager can be the responsible work executor at the same time.

The responsible work manager is responsible for the completeness and exact implementation of the safety measures specified in the work permit, the qualifications of the responsible work executor and the members of the team (link) included in the work permit, as well as for the admission of performers to the place of work.

Foremen, foremen, foremen (leaders) can be appointed as responsible executors. They are responsible for the safe performance of work, the observance by the members of the brigade of the safety measures specified in the work permit, the mandatory use of personal protective equipment, production and technological discipline.

The responsible work executor has no right to leave the workplace. In the event of such a need, he is obliged to replace the responsible work manager. If it is impossible to replace the work, the work must be stopped, and the workers removed from the place of work.

The composition of the team working on the side-admission must consist of at least 2 people.

In some cases, by decision of the management, some work (not prescribed by regulatory documents, but requiring stricter control over their preparation and conduct) is issued not with a work permit, but with a permit with the execution of these works in a special journal.

Machine for thinning flowers in gardens 02.05.2024

In modern agriculture, technological progress is developing aimed at increasing the efficiency of plant care processes. The innovative Florix flower thinning machine was presented in Italy, designed to optimize the harvesting stage. This tool is equipped with mobile arms, allowing it to be easily adapted to the needs of the garden. The operator can adjust the speed of the thin wires by controlling them from the tractor cab using a joystick. This approach significantly increases the efficiency of the flower thinning process, providing the possibility of individual adjustment to the specific conditions of the garden, as well as the variety and type of fruit grown in it. After testing the Florix machine for two years on various types of fruit, the results were very encouraging. Farmers such as Filiberto Montanari, who has used a Florix machine for several years, have reported a significant reduction in the time and labor required to thin flowers. ... >>

Advanced Infrared Microscope 02.05.2024

Microscopes play an important role in scientific research, allowing scientists to delve into structures and processes invisible to the eye. However, various microscopy methods have their limitations, and among them was the limitation of resolution when using the infrared range. But the latest achievements of Japanese researchers from the University of Tokyo open up new prospects for studying the microworld. Scientists from the University of Tokyo have unveiled a new microscope that will revolutionize the capabilities of infrared microscopy. This advanced instrument allows you to see the internal structures of living bacteria with amazing clarity on the nanometer scale. Typically, mid-infrared microscopes are limited by low resolution, but the latest development from Japanese researchers overcomes these limitations. According to scientists, the developed microscope allows creating images with a resolution of up to 120 nanometers, which is 30 times higher than the resolution of traditional microscopes. ... >>

Air trap for insects 01.05.2024

Agriculture is one of the key sectors of the economy, and pest control is an integral part of this process. A team of scientists from the Indian Council of Agricultural Research-Central Potato Research Institute (ICAR-CPRI), Shimla, has come up with an innovative solution to this problem - a wind-powered insect air trap. This device addresses the shortcomings of traditional pest control methods by providing real-time insect population data. The trap is powered entirely by wind energy, making it an environmentally friendly solution that requires no power. Its unique design allows monitoring of both harmful and beneficial insects, providing a complete overview of the population in any agricultural area. “By assessing target pests at the right time, we can take necessary measures to control both pests and diseases,” says Kapil ... >>

Electronics will assess the tone of the computer user 18.12.2013

In May 2014, the Vigo compact device is expected to appear on the market, designed to monitor the user's physical activity.

Externally, the novelty resembles a mobile headset. The gadget has a built-in infrared sensor, multi-axis accelerometer and gyroscope. The information received from the sensors is used to analyze head movements, the frequency and duration of blinks, as well as the speed of opening and closing of the eyelids. The indicators are transferred to a special mobile application for the Android or iOS operating system.

If Vigo detects excessive fatigue or loss of focus, the user will be given a warning signal. This can be a vibration, a sound alert, or a light indication (a small LED is used).
Users can adjust the sensitivity level of Vigo, as well as analyze the accumulated information.

The device is equipped with a Bluetooth 4.0 wireless adapter, a low-voltage ARM Cortex processor with an operating frequency of 16 MHz, and a lithium-ion polymer battery that lasts for two to three days of use.

The main task of Vigo is to issue warnings about loss of concentration and fatigue. For example, the device will be able to warn the driver that he is distracted from the road: this will help to avoid a possible accident or collision with a pedestrian.

The developers intend to raise funds for the release of new items using the Kickstarter crowdfunding resource. The initial price will be $60.
