In this case, it is necessary to use safe devices for storing the listed objects, as well as mechanization and automation of loading and unloading operations. When transporting raw materials, blanks, semi-finished products, finished products and production waste, it is necessary to ensure the use of safe transport communications, means of transportation that exclude the occurrence of hazardous and harmful production factors, as well as the use of mechanization and automation of transportation, the use of automatic control and diagnostics to prevent the formation of explosive environment. Containers for the transportation of powder and bulk materials must be made of durable materials that ensure its integrity during loading and unloading operations. On the container for the transportation of raw materials, materials (bags, barrels, containers, etc.) there must be a clear, appropriate marking. For the transport of toxic and aggressive liquid substances, special tanks must be used. The supply of substances to production facilities should be carried out through pipelines made of materials resistant to the action of chemical compounds and provided with reliable flanges and fittings, excluding leakage of these substances through leaks. Delivery of aggressive liquids should be carried out in a special glass or plastic container equipped with a braid. Transportation of these liquids to the workshops should be carried out on special carts. For transportation of liquefied gases in large quantities (more than 5 tons), special transport should be used. In the shops, with a large amount of consumption, gases must be supplied from storage tanks through pipelines, and at low consumption, they can be supplied in cylinders. Transportation of dusty materials should be carried out by vacuum-pneumatic systems or by means of conveyors, completely covered and equipped with local exhaust ventilation. Receiving tanks for technical liquids and liquefied gases must exceed the volume of transport tanks so that all the contents fill the tank, without additional operations associated with switching overflow pipes. Tanks for receiving liquid toxic substances are equipped with level gauges and other devices that provide automatic closing valves and alarms to prevent their overflow. The enterprise must have warehouses of sufficient capacity, equipped with hoisting and transport facilities, which allow fully mechanizing and securing the operations of unloading and loading raw materials and materials. Warehouses must be clean, dry, with sound roofs and floors, have illuminated passages and passages between racks, sections, entrance and exit openings, and be regularly cleaned and repaired. Premises for storage of chemicals are equipped with racks, pallets, equipped with inventory, devices, PPE necessary for the safe handling of chemicals. Floors and walls in them must allow wet cleaning and be acid and alkali resistant. Bulk materials are stored in closed, wind-protected warehouses. It is allowed to arrange open warehouses for materials coming in bulk, while the storage area must have a hard surface. The supply of powder materials to warehouses and their unloading must be carried out by systems of pneumatic chutes, augers and pneumatic transport, provided with dedusting installations. The aspiration air from these systems must be cleaned of dust before it is released to the outside. Warehouses for small-tonnage products are provided with vehicles and lifting mechanisms, depending on the dimensions, weight and purpose of the stored products. Warehouses of toxic substances with mechanized supply should be connected by a direct telephone or other alarm system to the shops. Warehouses for storage of toxic wastes of the first hazard class must be equipped with automatic gas analyzers for monitoring the air environment, interlocked with ventilation and sound alarm systems.
