I. General Provisions

The locksmith of the VBGO of the _______ branch is appointed and dismissed by order of the head of the _______ branch on the proposal of the head of the group for servicing gas pipelines, structures on them, communal facilities and the VBGO.
The locksmith of the VBGO directly reports to the foreman of the group for the maintenance of gas pipelines, structures on them, household facilities and the VBGO.
In his work, the VBGO locksmith is guided by:

Regulations on the group for the maintenance of gas pipelines, structures on them, communal facilities and VBGO;
Rules for the safety of gas supply systems of Ukraine;
Labor protection instructions;
Law of Ukraine "On labor protection";
Production instruction.

Must know:

composition and rules for the technical operation of gas equipment of residential buildings, household facilities, boiler houses.
Regulations on the maintenance of intra-house gas supply systems for residential buildings, residential buildings, public buildings, utility and household enterprises.
Safety rules for gas supply systems of Ukraine in the scope of work that it has the right to perform.
construction of gas equipment automation.
Regulations on the "Group for the maintenance of gas pipelines, structures on them, communal facilities and VBGO".
Production instructions.

Persons at least 18 years old who have undergone special training, medical examination and passed an exam on knowledge of labor protection regulations and PBSGU are allowed to work as a mechanic for the operation and repair of gas equipment (VBGO).

II. Official duties

The locksmith of the VBGO is obliged:

Carry out scheduled maintenance of gas equipment of residential buildings, household facilities, boiler rooms, liquefied gas installations.
Perform seasonal maintenance of communal facilities, boiler rooms.
To carry out the launch of gas into the gas pipelines of residential buildings, household facilities, boiler houses.
Provide instruction on safe methods of using gas in everyday life at PTO and SRT.
Carry out repair of gas equipment at the request of subscribers.
Submit daily progress reports in a timely manner.
In case of detection of violations in the operation of gas equipment, issue instructions for their elimination.
Disconnect gas equipment from the gas supply system in case of violation of PBSGU, safety standards.
Follow the orders of the head and foreman of the group for the maintenance of gas pipelines, structures on them, public utilities and VBGO.
Observe labor and production discipline.
Comply with the requirements of regulatory documents on labor protection.

III. Rights

The VBGO locksmith has the right to:

give assignments to subordinate employees, tasks on a range of issues included in his functional duties;
control the fulfillment of production tasks, the timely execution of individual orders by employees subordinate to him;
to request and receive the necessary materials and documents related to the issues of their activities and activities of employees subordinate to him;
interact with other services of the enterprise on production and other issues that are part of its functional duties;
get acquainted with the draft decisions of the company's management regarding the activities of the Division;
propose for consideration by the manager proposals for improving the work related to the duties provided for in this Job Description;
submit for consideration by the head of the proposal on the promotion of distinguished employees, the imposition of penalties on violators of production and labor discipline;
report to the manager on all identified violations and shortcomings in connection with the work performed.

IV. a responsibility

The locksmith of the VBGO is responsible

for violation of the requirements of the production instructions and instructions for labor protection;
violations of normative acts on labor protection;
violation of labor and production discipline;
untimely and poor-quality daily reporting on the work done;
failure to comply with the orders of the head and foreman of the group for servicing gas pipelines, structures on them, public utilities and VBGO.
