Must know:

legislation of Ukraine in the field of civil protection;
regulations, orders, instructions and other documents regulating the organization, passage and performance of service in operational rescue units;
labor protection rules during the passage and performance of service;
tactical and technical characteristics of special equipment, equipment and special equipment with which the unit is equipped;
technologies for liquidation of emergency situations according to their characteristics and classifications;
combat missions and capabilities of a link (squad), main types, properties, sources and damaging factors of radioactive radiation and potent poisonous substances;
technical characteristics, device, principles of operation and rules for working with existing devices for radiation and chemical reconnaissance, dosimetric and gas analytical control, personal protective equipment and special processing;
personal rules for working in zones of contamination with radioactive and toxic substances during emergency rescue operations in conditions of accidents, catastrophes, natural disasters, fires;
safety rules for working with existing devices and radiation and chemical safety measures when performing rescue operations;
rules for the use of communications, emergency technical equipment and its operation;
civil defense signals and the actions they determine;
order and means of first aid.

Qualification requirements:

complete general secondary education and vocational training with obtaining the educational qualification level "skilled worker" in the relevant working profession;
no work experience requirements.

II. Official duties

Dosimetrist:

Responsible for the condition of the assigned special equipment, radiation and chemical reconnaissance devices, dosimetric and gas analytical control and surveillance, personal protective equipment, special processing, communications and intercoms.
Uses navigation equipment and navigates in any terrain.
Carries out maintenance of devices, equipment, personal protective equipment and special equipment.
Conducts sanitization of personnel, decontamination, disinfection and disinfestation of uniforms, equipment and machinery.
Carries out priority emergency rescue operations, localization and elimination of sources of radiation and chemical exposure and extinguishing fires in the contaminated area.
Provides first aid to the injured.

III. ПRava

The dosimetrist has the right:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Participate in the discussion of issues related to the performance of his duties.
Make suggestions for improving the work related to the provisions of this instruction.
Within the limits of his competence, inform his immediate supervisor about all those identified in the course of his activities, and make proposals for their elimination.
Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of their duties.

The dosimetrist is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties, as well as for non-use or directly to their rights provided for by this Job Description - to the extent determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation on labor of Ukraine.
