I. General Provisions

Appointment to the position of senior ticket office cashier and dismissal from office is carried out by order (instruction) of the director _______.
The senior ticket clerk must know:

formation of documents necessary for accounting for ticket sales and cash receipts (cashier's cash report and a book for registering tickets sold);
rules and regulations for cash management and reporting.

In his work, the senior ticket office cashier is guided by:

employment contract, job description;
current legislation;
orders and instructions of the director;
internal regulations;
rules of labor protection, fire safety, industrial sanitation;
is a financially responsible person;
has irregular working hours.

The senior cashier of the ticket office reports directly to the director and chief accountant of the organization.

Ii. Functions

Ensuring correct and accurate accounting of tickets and cash receipts in the organization.
Formation of reports related to the movement of tickets (sales and returns).

III. Official duties

Senior ticket clerk:

The senior cashier of the ticket office comes to work strictly according to the schedule (if he is late or for some reason cannot go to work, the senior cashier is obliged to inform the chief accountant or director 2 hours before the start of the shift and find a replacement);

At the end of the work, he draws up a report on the tickets sold (the cashier's cash report, a book for registering tickets sold);
The senior cashier of the ticket office, who hands over the proceeds to the cashier of the organization, is responsible for the correct execution of documents:

cashier's statement;
book of registration of sold tickets;
investment of banknotes and their compliance with the cash report.

At the end of the month, he participates in the preparation of a report on the cinema;
The senior cashier of the ticket office is responsible for the correctness and compliance of the daily report ticket sales with the floor plan of the auditorium;
Carries out specific tasks for the organization.

IV. The senior cashier of the ticket office is prohibited

Within the limits of his competence, inform his immediate supervisor of all shortcomings identified in the course of the performance of official duties and make proposals for their elimination.
