I. General Provisions

The Loan Issuing Manager is appointed and dismissed by the Chairman of the Board on the proposal of the Branch Manager, in agreement with the Deputy Chairman of the Board.
The Credit Manager reports directly to the Branch Manager of the Bank, and on operational issues of production activities - to the Senior Manager.
During the absence of the loan manager, his duties are performed by the loan officer of the branch.
Qualification requirements:
The loan manager must have a higher economic education, work experience in the Bank for at least 6 months, and managerial skills.
In his work, the loan manager is guided by:

internal labor regulations of the Bank,
internal orders of the Bank,
instructions of the National Bank,
laws of Ukraine,
this Job Description.

II. Official duties

The Loan Manager is responsible for the following:

Attracting customers for service.
Promotion and consultation of clients on all banking products.
Organizes and conducts lending operations:

advises potential borrowers;
conducts interviews with potential borrowers;
assists the borrower in completing the loan application and verifies it;
forms a credit business;
collects and processes the documents necessary for the formation of a credit case;
issuance of credit.

Monitoring and control of current loans.

III. Rights

The loan manager has the right to:

give assignments to subordinate employees, tasks on a range of issues included in his functional duties.
supervise the timely execution of individual orders by subordinate employees.
request and receive the necessary materials and documents related to the issues of its activities and the activities of employees subordinate to it.
interact with other services of the enterprise on production and other issues that are part of its functional duties.
get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding the activities of the Division.
propose for consideration by the manager proposals for improving the work related to the duties provided for in this Job Description.
submit for consideration by the head of the proposal on the promotion of distinguished employees, the imposition of penalties on violators of production and labor discipline.
report to the manager on all identified violations and shortcomings in connection with the work performed.

IV. A responsibility

The Loan Manager is responsible for:

for improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the labor legislation of Ukraine;
for violation of the rules and regulations governing the activities of the enterprise;
for offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine;
for causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine;
for compliance with current instructions, orders and orders for the preservation of trade secrets and confidential information;
for compliance with internal regulations, safety and fire safety rules.

Volvo Cars has developed a safety system that can save drunk and inattentive drivers from an accident.

As stated in a company press release, we are talking about a system of built-in cameras and other sensors that control the behavior of a person behind the wheel.
