II. Official duties

Head of Revenue Collection:

Organizes the development of rational toll collection systems that ensure its full collection at the lowest labor and financial costs.
Constantly studies and analyzes the dynamics of passenger transportation by routes and types of fare.
Develops and implements methods for the effective operation of the control apparatus, promotes the development of social forms of control.
Organizes raids to check the cleaning of the roadway and compliance with the rules for using the tram and trolleybus.
Develops and implements appropriate forms of travel documents, ensures their safety.
Leads the development and implementation of the system of collection, counting, delivery to the bank and accounting for revenue, ensures its safety.
Supervises the observance by employees of the department of rules and regulations on labor protection.
Manages department employees.

III. Rights

The head of the revenue collection department has the right to:

Receive, in accordance with the procedure established by law, from central and local executive authorities, local self-government bodies, information, documents necessary to fulfill the tasks assigned to it.
Engage specialists from central and local executive authorities, enterprises, institutions and organizations (in agreement with their leaders) to consider issues within its competence.
To convene, in accordance with the established procedure, meetings on issues within its competence.
On behalf of the leadership of the central executive body, represent the ministry, another central executive body in other executive bodies in resolving issues within its competence.

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties, as well as for non-use or directly to their rights provided for by this Job Description - to the extent determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation on labor of Ukraine.
