I. General Provisions

The job description defines the job duties, powers and responsibilities, as well as the working conditions of the forwarder of the structural unit (hereinafter referred to as the Unit).
The forwarder is appointed to the position and dismissed from the position in accordance with the current labor legislation by order of the general director of the company.
The forwarder reports to the head of the sales and marketing department of the Division.
During the period of temporary absence of the forwarder, his duties are performed by a person appointed in accordance with the established procedure. This person acquires the corresponding rights and is responsible for the fulfillment of these duties.

II. In his work he is guided and must know

Regulations, instructions, other guidance materials and regulatory documents relating to the operation of a vehicle and the transportation of goods.
Design, purpose, design features, technical and operational characteristics of the car, rules for its technical operation.
Rules for the carriage of goods, the procedure for their acceptance and delivery.
Specifications for loading and stowage of goods.
Assortment, articles and markings of transported goods, rules for deciphering codes.
Forms of documents for the reception and dispatch of goods, the rules for their execution.
Rules for issuing travel documentation.
Traffic Laws.
Optimal routes for transporting goods.
Telephone numbers of the immediate supervisor, office and department employees of the Division.
Rules and regulations of labor protection, safety and fire protection.
Rules for the use of office equipment and PC.
Internal labor regulations.

III. Official duties

The forwarder must perform the following duties:

Comply with the rules for the carriage of goods.
Receive goods from the warehouse in accordance with accompanying documents, check the integrity of product packaging, issue and hand over goods in accordance with the established procedure, draw up the necessary documents in accordance with instructions received from management.
Personally participate and supervise loading and unloading operations, placement, stacking and securing of goods.
Control the filling of the package (if it is broken).
After loading, check the compliance of the products in the vehicle with the data in the invoice; immediately report any discrepancies to management.
Keep records of funds issued for refilling fuels and lubricants and submit a report within the established time frame.
Timely and fully hand over the proceeds, report to management.
Carry out trouble-free operation of the vehicle.
Ensure economical consumption of fuels and lubricants.
Keep the vehicle in good technical condition and clean.
Prepare travel documentation in the prescribed manner.
Timely undergo a medical examination.
Choose the best routes of movement in accordance with the tasks of the leadership.
Do not use a company vehicle for personal purposes.
Avoid deviations from the route agreed with the company management.
Do not allow persons to drive or repair a company vehicle without the consent of management.
Upon completion of work, maintain the company vehicle, park it and hand it over under guard.
Maintain a positive morale in the office. Show mutual assistance, responsibility, trust, support, optimism.
Carry out separate official assignments of the immediate supervisor.
Follow the rules of the labor schedule adopted by the company.

IV. Rights

The forwarder has the right:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Participate in the discussion of issues related to their official duties.
Submit proposals for the improvement of the work related to the duties provided for in this instruction for consideration by your immediate supervisor.
Within the limits of his competence, inform his immediate supervisor of all shortcomings identified in the course of the performance of official duties and make proposals for their elimination.

V. Official responsibility

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine.
