I. General Provisions

The driver of the electric and autocart belongs to the category of workers.
Appointment to the position and dismissal from it is carried out by order of the General Director of the organization.
The driver of an electric and forklift must know:

the device of electric and autocarts of various systems and the interaction of their nodes; permissible load capacity of electric and auto trucks and their main operational data;
timing and methods of charging batteries;
rules for loading and unloading cargo;
rules for stowage and fastening of goods, permissible dimensions;
the principle of operation of an internal combustion engine;
types of fuel and oils for maintenance of electric and autocarts;
metalwork techniques;
the procedure for issuing documentation for the acceptance and delivery of goods;
transportation and safety regulations.

II. Official duties

The following job responsibilities are assigned to the driver of the electric and autocart:

Management of electric and auto trucks of various systems, their lifting platforms and cranes.
Monitoring the correct loading, securing and unloading of goods or loading and unloading goods on their own.
Transportation and ensuring the safety of goods.
Preparation of documents for the acceptance and delivery of goods.
Maintenance and lubrication of electric and auto trucks.

III. Rights

The driver of an electric and autocart has the right to:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Participate in the discussion of issues related to their official duties.
Submit proposals for the improvement of the work related to the duties provided for in this instruction for consideration by your immediate supervisor.
Within the limits of his competence, inform his immediate supervisor of all shortcomings identified in the course of the performance of official duties and make proposals for their elimination.

IV. A responsibility

The driver of the electric and forklift truck is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine.
