I. General Provisions

A car wash worker belongs to the category of workers; he is hired and dismissed by order of the general director of the enterprise upon nomination or by the workshop foreman.
A person who has a secondary or primary vocational education and work experience as a car wash for at least 1 year is appointed to the position of a car wash.
The car washer reports to the general director and directly to the foreman.
In its activities, the car wash is guided by:

legislative and regulatory documents regulating the production and economic activities of the shop;
methodological materials relating to relevant issues;
the Charter of the enterprise;
labor regulations;
orders and instructions of the general director and workshop foreman (immediate supervisor);
this Job Description.

The car wash must know:

technology of dry-cleaning of interiors and full car wash;
technical characteristics of cleaning and washing equipment and tools;
polishing technique;
characteristics of consumables and the chemical composition of detergents;
inner order rules;
rules and regulations of labor protection and safety.

During the absence of the car wash, his duties are performed by a deputy or another person appointed in accordance with the established procedure, who bears full responsibility for their timely and high-quality implementation.

II. Official duties

The car wash must:

Carry out scheduled maintenance of the entrusted equipment and wastewater collection as determined by the foreman of the cleaning and washing shop.
Notify the cleaning and washing shop foreman about all possible difficulties that may arise during the performance of work.
Carry out washing of vehicles on the equipment of the enterprise using consumables and chemicals in strict accordance with the safety instructions and labor protection rules and instructions of the cleaning and washing shop foreman.
Carry out all cleaning and washing work only on the territory of the cleaning and washing workshop.
Do the job correctly and efficiently, without alterations.
Monitor the technical condition of the equipment and tools entrusted to him to perform cleaning and washing work.
Monitor and clean the workplace and equipment daily at the end of the workday or shift.
Stop work if external defects of the vehicle are detected and immediately inform the cleaning and washing shop foreman about this fact and subsequently act in accordance with his instructions.
Monitor the fire safety and sanitary epidemiological condition of your workplace determined by the foreman of the cleaning and washing shop.
Comply with labor protection and safety rules and regulations when performing work.

III. Rights

The car wash has the right:

Gets acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Submit proposals for improvement of the work related to the responsibilities provided for in this instruction for consideration by the management.
Receive from direct supervisors information and documents on issues within his competence.
Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of their duties and rights.

IV. A responsibility

The car wash is responsible for:

For failure to perform (improper performance) of their official duties provided for by this Job Description, within the limits determined by the labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the labor, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.

Steve Bird and his colleagues from the Department of Physical Therapy at the Medical College in Kent (UK) proved that walking affects the composition of the blood. They selected 56 sedentary volunteers and divided them into four groups.

One group had to take a walk lasting 20-40 minutes daily, the second - two walks of 10-15 minutes, the third - three of 5-10 minutes. The fourth group sat at home in front of the TV.
