I. General Provisions

The controller-cashier belongs to the category of technical performers. He is hired and dismissed from her by order of the director of the enterprise on the proposal of _______.
The controller-cashier reports directly to _______.
During the absence of the controller-cashier (business trip, vacation, illness, etc.), his duties are performed in the prescribed manner by the appointed deputy, who is fully responsible for the proper performance of the duties assigned to him.
In his activities, the controller-cashier is guided by:

normative documents and methodological materials on the issues of the work performed;
the charter of the enterprise;
internal labor regulations;
orders and orders of the director of the enterprise and the immediate supervisor;

The controller-cashier must know:

assortment, classification, characteristics and purpose of goods;
rules for decoding the article and marking;
retail prices;
methods of selection, acquisition of goods;
product size scales and rules for their determination;
the main types of raw materials and materials used for the manufacture of goods and methods for their recognition;
the main requirements of standards and specifications for the quality of goods, packaging and labeling;
types of marriage and marriage rules;
methods for determining the quality of goods;
warranty periods for the use of goods and the rules for their exchange;
device and operating rules of the cash register;
the basic principles of the device trade and technical equipment;
principles of design of shop windows;
the procedure for conducting an inventory, compiling and processing commodity reports, certificates for marriage, regrading of goods and acceptance certificates for the transfer of material assets;
progressive forms and methods of customer service.

II. Official duties

Monitor the timely replenishment of the range of goods on the trading floor and their safety, serviceability and proper operation of the cash register.
To check the quantity, weight, footage, pairing, label, seal, price and quality of goods.
Make payments to customers for goods and services; calculating the cost of the purchase, receiving money, punching a check, issuing change, paying off a check.
Eliminate minor malfunctions of the cash register, fill it with control and receipt tapes, record meter readings, translate the numerator to zeros and set the date.
Prepare goods for sale: unpacking, inspecting the appearance, wiping, picking and laying out goods by groups, types and varieties, taking into account the frequency of demand and ease of use.
Fill out and attach price tags.
Count money and deliver them in the prescribed manner.
Clean up unsold goods and containers.
Familiarize yourself with the range of goods in the warehouse and participate in their receipt.
Notify the administration of the receipt of goods that do not correspond to the labeling (invoice list).
Arranging store and window display cases and monitoring their condition.
Advise buyers on the purpose, properties, quality of goods and their prices.
Offer customers new interchangeable products and related products.
Study customer demand.
Draw up commodity reports, certificates for marriage, shortage, regrading and acceptance certificates for the transfer of material values.
Reconcile the amount of sales with the readings of cash counters.
Resolve disputes with customers in the absence of administration.
Participate in inventory taking.
Supervise lower-skilled cashiers.

III. Rights

The controller-cashier has the right:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise on the issues of its activities.
Submit proposals for improvement of the work related to the responsibilities provided for in this instruction for consideration by the management.
Receive from the heads of structural divisions, specialists information and documents on issues within its competence.
Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of their duties and rights.

IV. A responsibility

The controller-cashier is responsible for:

For failure to perform (improper performance) of their official duties provided for by this Job Description, within the limits determined by the labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the labor, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.

Snapdragon 820 chip for 600Mbps 20.09.2015

Qualcomm continues to share information about the features of the Snapdragon 820 flagship mobile processor, which will start trial shipments in October.

Today it is known that the named chip contains four 64-bit Kryo computing cores based on the ARMv8 architecture with a clock frequency of up to 2,2 GHz. Graphics are handled by the powerful Adreno 530 integrated controller, which provides support for 4K HEVC video at 60 frames per second via HDMI 2.0.

The processor contains a Spectra ISP image processing module. It claims support for three cameras (front and two rear), as well as the ability to shoot 25-megapixel images at 30 frames per second with zero shutter lag.

The Snapdragon 820 now reportedly includes an X12 LTE cellular modem for fourth-generation mobile networks. Devices based on the new chip will be able to download data at speeds up to 600 Mbps. The speed of sending information from the subscriber will reach 150 Mbps.

It is also noted that the chip will provide support for wireless Wi-Fi standard 802.11ac, as well as WiGig (802.11ad).

According to Qualcomm, at least 30 Snapdragon 820 mobile devices are in the design and development stage.
