I. General Provisions

The job description defines the job duties, powers and responsibilities, as well as the working conditions of the director of the enterprise.
The director is appointed to the position and dismissed from the position in accordance with the current labor legislation by order of the director of the enterprise.

III. Official duties

Ensure the process and control the implementation of the goals and functions of the enterprise.
Build mutually beneficial relationships with strategic and new clients.
Collect information about the situation in the territory and analyze it.
Supervise the work of the sales department, the sales and marketing department and the editorial department in order to increase the sales volume and market share of the company in the respective region.
Participate in the consideration of consumer claims received by the enterprise and the preparation of responses to claims, as well as claims from customers in case of violation of the terms of contracts.
Organize and control the activities of the enterprise.
Set clear and achievable goals for employees.
Coordinate the activities of the enterprise, ensure the interchangeability of employees.
Analyze the progress of the tasks and make appropriate adjustments.
Conducts marketing activities to understand the needs of customers and readers.
Analyze sales reports both for the team as a whole and for each employee.
Develop and implement measures to identify and reduce debt from customers and partners.
Facilitate training and educate sales managers on sales standards.
Monitor compliance with pricing policy in the city and region.
Implement programs to promote products.
Budgeting: develop, agree and control the budget of the Unit.
Planning: carry out strategic and tactical planning for the development of the enterprise.
Reporting: carry out daily, weekly, monthly reporting as required.
Personnel work: to carry out operational management of the employees of the enterprise, evaluate the effectiveness of work, assess resources to perform the required amount of work, hire and dismiss employees.
Development of documents: develop job descriptions, internal documents.
Maintain up-to-date information, database: control the maintenance of the customer database.
Demonstrate a good example of professionalism and ethical relations with clients and employees.

Submit proposals for improvement of the work related to the responsibilities provided for in this instruction for consideration by the management.
Make decisions within their functional responsibilities.
