I. General Provisions

The head of the collection service of the Bank is directly subordinate to _______.
The head of the cash collection service must have a higher education with at least 1 year of work experience in commercial structures or a specialized secondary education with at least 3 years of work experience. The head of the collection service must be checked by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and receive training in special courses for security guards according to the program approved by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
The head of the cash collection service is appointed to the position with the obligatory conclusion of an agreement on full individual liability and is dismissed from the post by order _______ in agreement with the chief accountant.
The head of the cash collection service, together with (an official from the management staff, appointed by order of the Bank) is responsible for organizing the collection, creating conditions that ensure the safety of the transported valuables and the safety of the team of cash collectors.
In the absence of the head of the collection service, his functions are performed by another collector appointed by order _______.
The head of the cash collection service in his activities is guided by:

current legislation;
regulatory documents of the Bank of Ukraine and other bodies;
orders and orders _______;
Regulations on the procedure for conducting cash transactions in credit institutions on the territory of Ukraine;

The head of the cash collection service must have a higher education with at least 1 year of work experience in commercial structures or a specialized secondary education with at least 3 years of work experience. The head of the collection service must be checked by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and receive training in special courses for security guards according to the program approved by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
The head of the cash collection service works in accordance with the Internal Labor Regulations.
When evaluating the quality of work of the head of the cash collection service and deciding on the suitability of his position, it is taken into account that the head of the cash collection service must:

know the current legislation and regulations regarding the procedure for carrying out cash transactions and collection;
systematically improve their qualifications at the courses of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
possess organizational skills, be able to manage a team of people;
to master the techniques of struggle, to be perfectly able to handle weapons;
not have negative assessments of their activities from outside, from banking authorities, subordinates, as well as customers of the Bank.

The results of the work of the head of the cash collection service are evaluated _______ and reported to _______ to decide on the further stay of the employee in this position.

II. Official duties

Head of collection service:

coordinates the activities of the cash collection service, organizes the collection of cash receipts and valuables in the form of _______, organizes the storage of cash receipts delivered after the end of the business day;
is responsible for the personnel of the collection service, recommends collectors for employment, reports on violations committed in the process of fulfillment by collectors of their official powers, presents collectors for promotion, as well as dismissal from their positions;
In the process of cash collection of cash proceeds and valuables, the head of the cash collection service:

compiles a list of organizations served by collectors;
draws up routes and schedules of arrivals of collectors in the organization;
determines the quantitative composition of the brigade of collectors, appoints one of the members of the brigade as the senior brigade, the other as the collector;
if necessary, directly participates in the collection process as a member of the team of collectors;
before the departure of collectors to collect cash proceeds, issues against receipt in the register of issuance and acceptance of security cards, seals, keys and powers of attorney:
to the collector-collector a power of attorney, security cards, a seal of the collection area with the designation of the route number;
empty bags to the senior collector;
on the number of issued security cards and empty bags, the head of the cash collection service draws up and submits a certificate to the controller of the evening cash desk;
after handing over the bags, he receives a magazine from the senior brigade of collectors, and from the collector-collector - a power of attorney, security cards and a seal;
checks the correctness of paperwork and the correspondence of the number of bags handed over by collectors to the cash desk of the bank to the number of bags accepted by them from organizations and makes an entry in the register of accepted bags with valuables and empty bags;
draws up and submits to the chief accountant a certificate of the total amount of cash receipts handed over by collectors per day (weekly, monthly) checks compliance by collectors with the rules for collecting cash receipts and transporting valuables, the results of which are made corresponding entries in the inspection log.

III. Rights

The head of the collection service has the right to:

make proposals for improving the work related to the duties provided for in this Job Description;
other rights provided for by the employment contract and legislation.

IV. A responsibility

The head of the collection service is responsible for:

organization of collection;
creation of conditions that ensure the safety of the transported funds and valuables;
creation of conditions that ensure the safety of the brigade of collectors;
the correctness of making the relevant entries in the journals and the correctness of the execution of other documents, the execution of which is within the competence of the head of the cash collection service;
non-safety of transported funds and other valuables in case of guilty failure to ensure the conditions for the safety of valuables, as well as in the case of performing the functions of a collector. Responsibility comes in accordance with the agreement on full liability in the presence of the fault of the head of the collection service;
in other cases provided by the current legislation.
