I. General Provisions

  1. A school teacher is appointed and dismissed by order of the school director from among persons with higher or secondary specialized education.
  2. In his work, the teacher is guided by:
  • the legislation of Ukraine;
  • the Convention on the Rights of the Child;
  • rules and regulations of labor protection, safety and fire protection;
  • the charter and local legal acts of the school (including the Internal Labor Regulations, orders and instructions of the director, this Job Description);
  • labor agreement (contract).
  1. The teacher must know:
  • the legislation of Ukraine;
  • the Convention on the Rights of the Child;
  • fundamentals of general theoretical disciplines in the amount necessary to solve pedagogical, scientific, methodological and organizational and managerial tasks, pedagogy, psychology, developmental physiology, school hygiene;
  • methods of teaching the subject and educational work;
  • programs and textbooks;
  • requirements for equipping and equipping classrooms and utility rooms;
  • teaching aids and their didactic possibilities;
  • main directions and prospects for the development of education and pedagogical science;
  • fundamentals of law, scientific organization of labor, safety and fire protection.

II. Official duties

  1. Carries out training and education of students, taking into account the specifics of the taught subject, conducts lessons and other classes in accordance with the schedule in the indicated premises.
  2. The teacher must have a thematic work plan for the subject in each parallel of classes for the academic quarter and a work plan for each lesson.
  3. Responsible for the implementation of the orders "On labor protection and compliance with safety regulations" and "On ensuring fire safety":
  • safe conduct of the educational process;
  • taking measures to provide first aid to the victim, prompt notification of the management of the accident;
  • instructing students (pupils) on labor safety in training sessions, educational events with mandatory registration in the class journal or the "Journal of instructing students on labor protection and safety";
  • organizing the study by students (pupils) of the rules on labor protection, traffic, behavior in everyday life, etc.;
  • monitoring compliance with the rules (instructions) on labor protection.
  1. Maintains educational documentation in accordance with the established procedure, monitors the progress and attendance of students in the classroom, puts current grades in the classroom journal and diaries, and submits the necessary reporting data to the administration in a timely manner.
  2. Works in the examination committee for the final certification of students.
  3. Allows, in accordance with the Charter of the institution, the school administration to attend its lessons in order to control the work.
  4. Replaces the lessons of absent teachers by order of the administration.
  5. Fulfills the Charter of the institution, the Collective Agreement, the Internal Labor Regulations, the requirements of this instruction, as well as local acts of the institution, orders and orders of the administration of the institution.
  6. Respects the rights and freedoms of students contained in the Law of Ukraine "On Education", the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
  7. Communicates with the parents of students (or their legal representatives).
  8. He systematically improves his professional qualifications. Participates in the activities of methodological associations and other forms of methodological work.
  9. According to the annual work plan of the institution, he takes part in the work of pedagogical councils, production meetings, meetings with the director, parent meetings, as well as subject sections held by a higher organization.
  10. In accordance with the duty schedule for the school, he is on duty during breaks between lessons. As a class teacher, he is periodically on duty with his class around the school. Arrive 20 minutes before class starts and leave 20 minutes after class ends.
  11. Periodically free medical examinations.
  12. Complies with ethical standards of behavior, is an example for students and pupils.
  13. Participates in work with parents of students, attends meetings at the request of class teachers.
  14. Immediately notifies the school administrator about accidents, takes measures to provide assistance to the victims.
  15. The teacher, leading the last lesson in the class, escorts the children to the wardrobe and keeps order.
  16. If the student's meal schedule coincides with the end of the lesson, then he is obliged to lead the class to the dining room and transfer it to the class teacher or exercise control himself.
  17. When leaving school, looks at and communicates to students the changes in the schedule for the next day.
  18. Not later than the first day of the month must submit the deputy. director schedule of control and laboratory work for a month.
  19. The teacher is prohibited from:
  • change the schedule of classes at your own discretion;
  • cancel, lengthen or shorten the duration of lessons (classes) and breaks between them;
  • remove a student from a lesson;
  • smoking inside the school.
  1. When the teacher performs the duties of the head of the classroom, the teacher:
  • carries out certification of his office;
  • constantly replenishes the cabinet with methodological aids necessary for completing the curriculum, devices, technical teaching aids;
  • organizes work with students on the production of visual aids;
  • in accordance with the order of the director "On the inventory" writes off in the prescribed manner the property that has become unusable;
  • develops instructions for labor protection and safety;
  • takes part in the review of classrooms.
  1. OB teacher:
  • performs the duties assigned by the orders "On labor protection and compliance with safety regulations" and "On ensuring fire safety";
  • advises class teachers on conducting conversations with students on life safety issues;
  • Responsible for the execution and timely delivery of documentation for those liable for military service at the school;
  • draws up an evacuation plan;
  • conducts exercises twice a year to evacuate students and school staff in the event of an emergency;
  • submits documentation for young men of pre-conscription age to the military registration and enlistment office and organizes the passage of a medical commission by them;
  • controls the availability and correctness of the students' workbooks on the subject;
  • forms the combined teams of the school according to the parallel classes for participation in the district, district, city, regional Olympiads.

III. Rights

The teacher has the right:

  1. To make decisions that are binding on students and take disciplinary measures in accordance with the Charter of the institution.
  2. For advanced training. For these purposes, the administration creates the conditions necessary for the successful training of workers in institutions of the system of retraining and advanced training.
  3. For certification on a voluntary basis for the appropriate qualification category and obtaining it in case of successful certification.
  4. For a shorter working week, for an extended paid vacation, for receiving a pension for years of service, social guarantees and benefits in the manner prescribed by the legislation of Ukraine.
  5. For a long (up to 1 year) vacation at least every 10 years of continuous teaching work. The procedure and conditions for granting leave are determined by the founder and (or) the Charter of the educational institution.
  6. For additional benefits provided in the region to teaching staff of a general education institution.
  7. To participate in the management of a general education institution in the manner determined by the Charter of this institution.
  8. To protect professional honor and dignity.

IV. A responsibility

The teacher is responsible for:

  1. For the implementation of incomplete educational programs.
  2. For the life and health of students during the educational process and extracurricular activities conducted by the teacher.
  3. For violation of the rights and freedoms of students, defined by the legislation of Ukraine, the Charter and local acts of the institution.
  4. In case of violation of the Charter of the institution, the terms of the collective agreement, the Internal Labor Regulations, this Job Description, the director's orders, the teacher is subject to disciplinary sanctions.
  5. For the use of educational methods associated with physical and (or) mental violence against the personality of the student, the teacher may be fired.

Philips has released an inexpensive pocket portable projector called the GoPix 1.

Philips GoPix 1 has dimensions of 78.2 x 120 x 18 mm and weighs 245 g. Accordingly, it can easily fit in your pocket.
