I. General Provisions

1. The medical registrar belongs to the category of specialists.
2. A person who has a secondary (complete) general education and individual training for at least 3 months (work experience in the profile of at least 2 years) or a secondary medical education without presenting requirements for work experience is appointed to the position of a medical registrar.
3. Appointment to the position of a medical registrar and dismissal from it is carried out by order of the head of the institution.
4. The medical registrar must know:

• rules for working with primary documentation;
• legislation on labor and labor protection of Ukraine;
• rules of internal labor regulations;
• rules and norms of labor protection, safety measures, industrial sanitation and fire protection.

5. The Medical Registrar reports directly to _______.

II. Official duties

Medical Registrar:

1. Keeps records of patients who seek medical care in a health care institution.
2. Provides storage and delivery of medical records to the doctor's office.
3. Provides information on the reception of the population directly or by phone using reference materials.

III. Rights

The medical registrar has the right:

1. Systematically improve professional qualifications in advanced training courses in the prescribed manner.
2. Receive the information necessary to carry out their duties.

IV. A responsibility

The medical registrar is responsible for:

1. For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
2. For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
3. For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine.
