I. General Provisions

The master of construction and installation works belongs to the category of managers.
A person who has a higher technical education without presenting requirements for work experience or secondary specialized (technical) education and work experience in construction organizations for at least 3 years is appointed to the position of foreman of construction and installation works.
Appointment to the position of a master of construction and installation works and dismissal from office is carried out by order (instruction) of the head of the organization.
The master of construction and installation works must know:

resolutions, orders, orders of higher authorities and other guidance methodological and regulatory materials on the activities of construction sites;
profile, specialization and development prospects of the organization;
technology and organization of construction production;
design and estimate documentation for facilities under construction;
technical regulations, building codes and regulations, technical conditions for the production and acceptance of construction and installation works;
principles of planning work on the site;
the current regulation on the remuneration of employees of the organization (norms and prices for the work performed) and forms of material incentives;
technical characteristics of the used construction machines, mechanized tools, devices;
best practices in the field of construction;
fundamentals of economics, organization of labor production and management;
fundamentals of economic legislation;
fundamentals of the labor legislation of Ukraine;
rules of internal labor regulations;
rules and norms of labor protection, safety precautions, industrial sanitation and fire protection;
techniques and methods of providing pre-medical medical care.

The master of construction and installation works in his activities is guided by:

The charter of the organization;
this Job Description.

The master of construction and installation works is directly subordinate to the head of the organization.
During the absence of the foreman of construction and installation works (business trip, vacation, illness, etc.), his duties are performed by an employee appointed in the prescribed manner, who acquires the appropriate rights and is responsible for failure to perform or improper performance of the duties assigned to him in connection with the replacement .

II. Official duties

The master of construction and installation works performs the following duties:

Ensures the implementation of the construction and installation work plan at the site in accordance with the working drawings, the project for the production of works, the production plan and regulatory documents.
Controls compliance with the technological sequence of construction works and ensuring their proper quality.
Performs, if necessary, marking work, geodetic control during the execution of technological operations and measurements of the volume of construction and installation work.
Organizes the acceptance of materials, structures, products, their storage, accounting and reporting.
Provides rational use on the site (object) of construction machines, mechanisms, vehicles, economical use of materials.
Arranges brigades and units that are not part of them and individual workers on the site, sets their production targets, and provides production briefings.
Issues orders, accepts completed work, issues orders for completed work; draws up documents on accounting of working time, production, downtime.
Organizes operational accounting of the daily performance of production tasks and the receipt of building materials, structures, products.
Provides conditions for the development and implementation of established production standards by employees.
Submits for consideration by the head of the proposal on the assignment of categories to employees, the acquisition of the quantitative and professional-qualification composition of the brigades.
Provides brigades and workers with tools, devices, small-scale mechanization, transport, overalls, protective equipment.
Participates in the work of the commission for attestation of workplaces.
Conducts safety training during work.
Ensures the maintenance of a log of employee briefings.
Ensures the use in accordance with the purpose of technological equipment (scaffolding, scaffolding, protective devices, fastenings of the walls of pits and trenches, struts, conductors and other devices), construction machines, power plants, vehicles and means of protecting workers.
Controls the provision of workplaces with safety signs, warning signs and posters.
It does not allow the presence of unauthorized persons at workplaces, in sanitary facilities and on the territory of the site.
Ensures cleanliness and order at workplaces, in aisles and access roads, proper maintenance and operation of crane runways.
Checks the state of safety engineering and takes measures to eliminate the identified deficiencies.
Participates in the work of the commission for the investigation of accidents at work and violations of safety regulations.
Monitors compliance by employees with instructions on labor protection, production and labor discipline.
Organizes professional development of employees.

III. Rights

The master of construction and installation works has the right to:

Participate in the discussion of draft decisions of the organization's management on issues related to its activities.
Dispose of the funds and property entrusted to him in compliance with the requirements determined by legislative and regulatory legal acts, the charter of the organization.
Sign and endorse documents within their competence.
Initiate and hold meetings on organizational, financial and economic issues.
Request and receive necessary information and documents from structural units.
Conduct quality and timeliness checks on assignments.
Demand the termination (suspension) of work (in case of violations, non-compliance with established requirements, etc.), compliance with established norms, rules, instructions; give instructions for correcting deficiencies and eliminating violations.
Submit for consideration by the head of the organization ideas on the admission, transfer and dismissal of employees, on the promotion of distinguished employees and on the application of disciplinary sanctions to employees who violate labor discipline.
Require the management of the organization to assist in the performance of their duties and rights.

III. A responsibility

The master of construction and installation works is responsible for:

for improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine;
for offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative and criminal legislation of Ukraine;
for causing damage to the organization - within the limits established by the current labor, civil and criminal legislation of Ukraine;
personal responsibility:

for the results and efficiency of the production activities of the site he manages;
for the consequences of an unreasonable decision taken by him, which entailed a violation of the safety of property, its unlawful use or other damage to the organization.

A study by psychologists from the University of Auckland convinces us that it is possible to live well alone - if romantic relationships plunge you into stress. How can this be, you ask? But let's think: even if somewhere there are those very ideal couples who have been guessing each other's thoughts all their lives, you usually see something else around you - quarrels, misunderstandings, etc. It is often said that a true feeling will resist minor everyday troubles and psychological conflicts . However, it all depends on the specific character, on the personality traits.

The study involved 4 adults - they twice, with an interval of a year, went through a test that was supposed to show their level of happiness or unhappiness and at the same time identify the cause of such a psychological state. A fifth of the respondents lived without a couple all year, the rest were either married or met with a permanent partner. In general, indicators of happiness were the same as in other similar works: "relationships" made a person happier on average. But this, we emphasize, is on average, if we sum up the happiness of some and compare it with the happiness of others. The details are more interesting.

As Chris Sibley and his colleagues in Social Psychological and Personality Science write, those singles who would like just human intimacy, albeit overshadowed by quarrels, were indeed less happy compared to those who were paired with someone. . In other words, it's all about personal priorities - whoever is more important will be happy from that. If a person experiences severe stress even from small conflicts, then no romance will block such constant stress for him, and in this case, he really would be better off alone; any relationship here will be evaluated only as contributing to the peace of life or violating it. Well, if it is important to feel someone nearby, then for the sake of happiness you need to live in a couple, even if you quarrel every day.

Another, more general conclusion that can be drawn here is that happiness is too complex a mental phenomenon that should not be reduced to any one condition, whether it be a sense of stability, career success or love.
