II. Official duties

Analyzes the structure of the market.
Analyzes product, demand and consumption.
Tracks competitor activity.
Develops a concept for promoting a new brand.
Develops and implements sales promotion programs, advertising campaigns, organizes exhibitions, presentations, PR-actions.
Coordinates these programs with regional managers, project managers.
Monitors and analyzes the effectiveness of ongoing activities.
Writes reports on all activities carried out.
Works with key clients, networks to promote products.
Concludes marketing contracts, interacts with the client's marketing departments, travels to negotiate with distributors.
Trains employees of the sales department, distribution teams, retail outlets, develops motivational programs.
Monitors compliance with merchandising standards in retail outlets.
Forms and manages the budget.
Plans, takes into account and orders POS-materials, advertising equipment.
Plans, places and controls advertising in the media and on outdoor media.
Plans and conducts marketing research.

III. Rights

A trade marketer has the right to:

Give assignments to subordinate employees, tasks on a range of issues included in his functional duties.
Supervise the execution of tasks, the timely execution of individual orders by subordinate employees.
Request and receive the necessary materials and documents related to the issues of their activities and the activities of employees subordinate to him.
