I. General Provisions

The head of the planning and accounting bureau of the sales department belongs to the category of managers.
A person with a higher economic or engineering-economic education and at least 3 years of work experience in the profile is appointed to the position of head of the planning and accounting bureau of the sales department.
Appointment to the position of head of the planning and accounting bureau of the sales department and dismissal from it is carried out by order of the head of the enterprise on the proposal of the head of the sales department.
The head of the planning and accounting bureau of the sales department must know:

resolutions, orders, orders, other governing and regulatory documents of higher and other bodies relating to the activities of the bureau and department;
regulations and methodological recommendations that determine the procedure for carrying out work in the bureau and department;
the procedure for preparing and concluding contracts for the supply of finished products;
methodology of act-claim work;
instructions for the transfer of goods to other organizations;
established reporting forms;
fundamentals of economics, organization of labor and management;
fundamentals of labor legislation;
rules of internal labor regulations;
rules and norms of labor protection, safety precautions, industrial sanitation and fire protection;

The head of the planning and accounting bureau of the sales department reports directly to the head of the sales department.
During the absence of the head of the planning and accounting bureau of the sales department (illness, vacation, business trip, etc.), his duties are performed by a deputy (in the absence of such a person appointed in the prescribed manner), who is responsible for the proper performance of the duties assigned to him and acquires the appropriate rights.

II. Official duties

Head of the planning and accounting bureau of the sales department:

Participates in the work on the conclusion of contracts for the supply of finished products to consumers in accordance with the plans developed by the sales department.
Develops plans for the shipment of products under contracts with customers.
Develops and submits to the transport service of the enterprise or specialized transport organizations annual, quarterly and monthly plans and applications for the transportation of goods.
Ensures the execution of contracts for the supply of products to customers.
Checks in the specifications the compliance of the ordered products with state industry standards, the correctness of the payment and shipping details.
Regulates relations with buyers, conducts correspondence and receives representatives of buyers on the supply of products and settlements.
Prepares materials for the consideration of buyers' claims for non-compliance with the quality, quantity and completeness of the delivered products, for delay in delivery and participates in the preparation of responses to claims.
Prepares materials for presentation of claims to buyers for non-selection of products, delay in acceptance of delivered products, delay in payment.
Ensures the correct preparation of the established reporting and its timely submission to the relevant structural divisions of the enterprise.
Manages office staff.

III. Rights

The head of the planning and accounting bureau of the sales department has the right to:
Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the head of the enterprise regarding the sales department.
Submit proposals to the management of the enterprise to improve the activities of the planning and accounting bureau of the sales department.
Interaction with the heads of all structural divisions of the enterprise.
Request personally or on behalf of the management of the enterprise from the heads of departments and specialists information and documents necessary for the performance of their duties.
Sign and endorse documents within their competence.
Submit to the management of the enterprise submissions on the appointment, relocation and dismissal of employees of the planning and accounting bureau of the sales department; proposals for their promotion or for the imposition of penalties on them.
Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of their duties and rights.

IV. A responsibility

The head of the planning and accounting bureau of the sales department is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description, within the limits determined by the labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the labor and civil legislation of Ukraine.

Chemists from the University of Burgos (Spain) have developed a technology that allows using a mobile phone to detect and assess the level of environmental pollution with the most dangerous toxic metal.

Scientists have made a special membrane plate based on the fluorescent organic compound rhodamine. This substance does not dissolve in water, but the scientists managed to turn it into a hydrophilic polymer that absorbs water and turns red when in contact with mercury. Thanks to the modified rhodamine, the fact of mercury contamination can be seen with the naked eye. Moreover, when photographing the membrane with a mobile phone, the mercury concentration can be accurately determined. Thus, scientists managed to create a simple and reliable way to identify toxic material.

The importance of this development cannot be overestimated. Mercury is a problem that particularly affects developing countries. Toxic metal released into the environment by industrial enterprises, especially mining, accumulates in the brain, kidneys and causes severe neurological diseases. At the same time, mercury pollution is on the rise. In particular, in the world's oceans over the past century, the concentration of mercury has increased by 25%.

An important feature of the invention of Spanish scientists is the ability to fine-tune the mercury "litmus test". The rhodamine strip can be made to respond to a specific concentration of mercury, such as a sanitary one. At lower concentrations, the strip will not change its color.
