I. General Provisions

The head of the AHO belongs to the category of leaders.
A person with a higher professional education and work experience in the specialty of at least 2 years or secondary vocational education and work experience in the specialty of at least 5 years is appointed to the position of head of the administrative maintenance department.
Appointment to and dismissal from the position of head of the administrative maintenance department is made by order of the director of the enterprise.
The head of the AHO should know:

resolutions, orders, orders, other governing and regulatory documents of higher authorities relating to the administrative and economic services of the enterprise;
structure of the enterprise and prospects for its development;
the procedure for maintaining time records in the organization;
means of communication, computer and organizational equipment;
the procedure and terms for reporting;
means of mechanization of manual labor;
the procedure for acquiring equipment, furniture, inventory, stationery and processing payments for services;
fundamentals of economics, labor organization, production and management;
labor legislation;
rules of internal labor regulations;
rules and norms of labor protection, safety measures, industrial sanitation and fire protection.

The head of the AHO reports directly _______.
In the absence of the head of the administrative office (illness, vacation, business trip, etc.), his duties are performed by a deputy (in his absence, a person appointed in the prescribed manner), who is responsible for their proper execution.

II. Official duties

Provides economic maintenance and proper condition in accordance with the rules and regulations of industrial sanitation and fire protection of buildings and premises in which the divisions of the enterprise are located, as well as monitoring the serviceability of equipment (elevators, lighting, heating systems, ventilation, etc.).
Participates in the development of plans for current and major repairs of the organization's fixed assets (buildings, water supply systems, air ducts and other structures), and in drawing up estimates of business expenses.
Organizes the repair of premises, monitors the quality of the repair work.
Provides departments of the enterprise with furniture, household equipment, means of mechanization of engineering and management work, monitors their safety and timely repairs.
Organizes the preparation of the necessary documents for concluding contracts for the provision of services, receiving and storing office supplies, necessary household materials, equipment and inventory, providing them to the structural divisions of the enterprise, as well as keeping records of their expenditure and drawing up established reporting.
Controls the rational use of materials and funds allocated for economic purposes.
Organizes reception, registration and necessary services for delegations and persons arriving on business trips.
Supervises works on landscaping, landscaping and cleaning of the territory, festive decoration of building facades, entrances, etc.
Organizes business services for meetings, conferences, seminars and other events.
Performs work on organizing time records, drawing up vacation schedules and workday routines, ensuring rational organization of meals for employees during lunch breaks.
Ensures the implementation of fire fighting measures and the maintenance of fire equipment in good condition.
Takes measures to introduce means of labor mechanization.
Manages department employees.

III. Rights

The head of the AHO has the right to:

Submit proposals to improve the economic services of the enterprise and its divisions for consideration by the director of the enterprise and heads of structural divisions.
Interact with the heads of all departments of the enterprise on issues of economic services.
Sign and endorse documents within their competence.
Submit proposals on the appointment, transfer and dismissal of employees subordinate to him for consideration by the director of the enterprise; proposals to encourage them or to impose penalties on them.
Require the director of the enterprise and heads of departments to provide assistance in the performance of their official duties.
Inform the heads of departments of the enterprise about the shortcomings in the work of the departments they head (overexpenditure of materials and funds, damage to equipment and inventory) and demand their elimination.

IV. A responsibility

The head of the AHO is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine.
