theory of musical art and conducting;

the repertoire necessary to ensure the work of the team and the rehearsal process;
work experience of domestic and world cultural and educational institutions;
rules and norms of labor protection, industrial sanitation and fire protection;
internal labor regulations.

Qualification requirements: higher professional (technical); for a specialist - no requirements for work experience; bachelor - advanced training and work experience as an orchestra artist for at least 3 years.

II. Official duties

Manages the work of a musical group, circle, amateur association, center, etc.
Draws up repertoire annual and long-term work plans.
Ensures the participation of the team in the holding of artistic events, reporting performances, concerts, etc.
Carries out staging of musical programs and concert numbers, rehearsal work.
Conducts educational work in a team, group and individual lessons with team members on playing musical instruments, learning orchestral parts, improving performing skills.
Participates in the development and implementation of club and mass cultural, educational, entertainment and leisure activities for various groups of the population.

III. Rights

The conductor of the club has the right:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Participate in the discussion of issues related to the performance of his duties.
Make suggestions for improving the work related to the provisions of this instruction.
Within the limits of his competence, inform his immediate supervisor about all those identified in the course of his activities, and make proposals for their elimination.
Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of their duties.

IV. A responsibility

The conductor of the club is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties, as well as for non-use or directly to their rights provided for by this Job Description - to the extent determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation on labor of Ukraine.
