II. Official duties

Ensures the implementation of a set of organizational and technical measures aimed at the implementation of operational control and management of production processes in the branch of the enterprise.
Organizes operational control over the operation of telecommunications and wire broadcasting.
Takes steps to prevent equipment damage.
Provides for the collection, processing and transfer of information on emergency situations and for a special period in the serviced area.
Takes prompt measures in case of damage to telecommunications, emergency situations and during a special period.
Accounting for destroyed means of telecommunications.
Provides timely receipt of the necessary data for operational control of the production process.
Analyzes the work of departments, participates in the development of measures to improve the organization and operation of telecommunication facilities and the work of the emergency service.
Prepares plans and reports on the work of the dispatch service.
Supervises the work of dispatchers and employees of the operational management and control group.
Organizes and conducts periodic inspections of the operational and technical activities of the divisions of the branch.
The results of inspections are reported to the heads of the branch and divisions for taking appropriate measures.
In his work, he is guided by the rules for the technical operation of telecommunications and wire broadcasting and the current legislation.
Organizes and corrects work on the formation and reservation of primary, secondary telecommunication networks and wire broadcasting.
Organizes the collection and accounting of information on the quality of work of telecommunications and wire broadcasting.
Carries out activities to improve the quality of operation of telecommunications and wire broadcasting.
Carries out operational management to ensure the quality of the operation of telecommunications and wire broadcasting in the serviced area.
Provides technical support for conference calls and special events.
Carries out control over the observance by employees of the service of duties on labor protection, production and labor discipline and internal regulations.

III. Rights

The head of the dispatch service has the right to:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Participate in the discussion of issues related to the performance of his duties.
Make suggestions for improving the work related to the provisions of this instruction.
Within the limits of his competence, inform his immediate supervisor about all those identified in the course of his activities, and make proposals for their elimination.
Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of their duties.

For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation on labor of Ukraine.

Samsung ISOCELL GN2 image sensor 01.03.2021

Samsung Electronics has unveiled a new flagship image sensor for smartphones. The 50-megapixel ISOCELL GN2 is the successor to last year's ISOCELL GN1. Although the resolution of the novelty has been preserved, it brings a number of improvements in other parameters, including larger pixels and faster autofocus.

The 1/1,12-inch sensor has a pixel size of 1,4 micrometers. As the manufacturer promises, the new sensor provides high-quality photos up to 100 megapixels, improved Dual Pixel Pro autofocus, HDR and Smart ISO Pro, depending on lighting conditions.

In poor light conditions, the sensor can use 4 pixels as a single 2,8 micrometer. In 100MP mode, the sensor re-arranges the pixels to create three separate 50MP layers in green, red and blue. These frames are then scaled and combined to produce a single 100MP photo.

Dual Pixel Pro technology provides Samsung's "most advanced" phase detection autofocus system ever. Two photodiodes are used next to each other in each pixel, providing fast focusing. Unlike Dual Pixel, the solution also offers omnidirectional focusing by dividing pixels not only vertically but also diagonally.

The improved HDR mode not only allows you to take pictures in difficult lighting conditions, but also reduces power consumption by 24% compared to HDR in ISOCELL GN1.

ISOCELL GN2 supports Full HD+ video recording at 480 fps and 4K video at 120 fps. Samsung has already begun mass production of the sensor.
