I. General Provisions

The communication node controller belongs to the category of technical specialists.
A person with secondary (complete) general education and special training according to the established program is appointed to the position of communications center controller.
The controller of the communication node must know:

regulations, instructions and other normative documents regulating the operating mode of the communication center.
the procedure for the transmission, processing, execution and delivery of telegrams.
a list of persons entitled to direct negotiations and the submission of telegrams.
addressees and sample signatures of the respective employees.
codes and how to use them.
rules and regulations of labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation.

The controller of the communication center reports directly to _______.
During the absence of the communications center controller (vacation, illness, etc.), his duties are performed by a person appointed in the prescribed manner. This person is responsible for the proper performance of the duties assigned to him.

II. Official duties

Communication node controller:

Ensures timely receipt, transmission, processing of telegrams in strict accordance with instructions and their delivery.
Determines the reasons for delays in the submission of telegrams and takes measures to eliminate them.
Checks the status of telephone communications with subscribers of the radio bureau, radio and wire communications.

III. Rights

The communication node controller has the right to:
Submit proposals for the improvement of the work related to the duties provided for in this instruction for consideration by your immediate supervisor.
Within the limits of his competence, report to his immediate supervisor about all the shortcomings identified in the course of his activities and make proposals for their elimination.
Require the management of the organization to assist in the performance of his duties and rights.

IV. A responsibility

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine.
