I. General Provisions

The radio station manager is a professional, hired and fired by the CEO.
A person with a higher education, special training and experience in this field is accepted for the position of a radio station client manager.
The radio manager reports directly to the radio's senior client manager.
The criteria for evaluating the activities of the client-manager of the radio station are:

fulfillment of its share of the group's financial plan;
lack of claims from the management of the radio station and employees of departments on issues within the competence of the client manager;
high morale and disposition to fulfill the common goals of the radio station;
lack of justified claims from customers;
list of current clients.

Allowances, bonuses and other payments are determined in accordance with the regulation on remuneration adopted in _______.
During the absence of the radio station manager (illness, vacation, etc.), his duties are performed by a person appointed by order of the general director. The person acquires the relevant rights and is responsible for the quality and timely performance of the duties assigned to him.
The radio station manager must know:

Ukrainian legislation.
rules and norms of labor protection, safety measures, industrial sanitation and fire protection.
fundamentals of a market economy, theory and practice of management, organization of advertising, basics of business administration, marketing, ethics of business communication, basics of aesthetics, general psychology, sociology.

II. Official duties

Fill out an order form for the technical development of an idea.
Participate in the implementation of the group's financial plan.
Search for advertisers.
Determine with the client the strategy and tactics of the advertising campaign.
Develop a plan for an advertising campaign involving all the necessary specialists of the radio station.
Ensure and control the obligatory and timely signing by the client of all documents necessary for the passage of advertising (contracts, acts, orders, scenarios, estimates, applications, invoices) and their transfer to the accounting department.
Coordinate the actions of all participants in the client's advertising campaign.
Evaluate the results of the advertising campaign together with the client.
Attend planned group meetings, determining for yourself a work plan for the week, followed by a debriefing and a report.
Coordinate the setting of goals and objectives of the advertising company with the client.
Develop plans for advertising campaigns and determine the cost of their implementation with the involvement of all the necessary specialists of the radio station.
Know and study the sales market and consumer demand in order to determine the best time and place for advertising, the scale and timing of advertising campaigns, the circle of people to whom advertising should be directed, focusing it on target groups by profession, age, purchasing power, gender.
Attend training and information seminars, use the information received in working with clients.
Maintain contact with business partners, collect the necessary information and expand external relations in order to improve advertising activities.
Other duties in accordance with the operational need by order of the general director or editor-in-chief of the radio station.

III. Rights

The radio station manager has the right to:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the radio station management regarding its activities.
To make proposals for improving their activities related to the responsibilities provided for in this instruction.
Request personally or on behalf of the management of the radio station from _______ units and other specialists information and documents necessary for the performance of their duties.
Require the management of the radio station to create the necessary conditions for the implementation of their duties.

IV. A responsibility

The radio station manager is responsible for:

Fulfilling your share of the group's financial plan.
Reliability of information coming from the client.
Correctness and timeliness of submission, content of reports.
Professional work with clients.
No complaints from advertisers.
For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation.
