I. General Provisions

The job description defines the job duties, powers and responsibilities, as well as the working conditions of the courier of the structural unit (hereinafter referred to as the Unit).
The courier is appointed to the post and dismissed from the post in accordance with the current labor legislation by order of the general director of the enterprise.
The courier reports to the head of the courier service of the Division.
During the period of temporary absence of the courier, the duties are performed by a person appointed in the prescribed manner. This person acquires the relevant rights and is responsible for the performance of these duties.

II. In his work he is guided and must know

Rules for accounting, storage and delivery to the destination of correspondence, packages, parcels and other items.
The area and location of serviced objects.
Transport interchange of the city, types and numbering of transport.
Basics of business etiquette, business (including telephone) negotiation skills.
Rules and regulations of labor protection, safety and fire protection.
Internal labor regulations.

III. Official duties

Deliver business papers, packages, letters, books, etc. to their destination. in accordance with the courier coupon and the instructions of the head, as well as their receipt and delivery from other organizations.
Timely and independently clarify the location of addressees, develop traffic routes, coordinate the days and hours of reception at the addressee organizations.
Timely obtain the powers of attorney necessary for the execution of instructions.
Fulfill orders within the specified time limits, report on the fulfillment or on the reasons preventing fulfillment to the head of the courier service or an authorized person.
Daily report to the manager on courier coupons and verbal instructions on the work done.
Maintain a positive morale in the office. Show mutual assistance, responsibility, trust, support, optimism.
Carry out separate official assignments of the immediate supervisor.
Follow the rules of the labor schedule adopted by the company.

IV. Official powers

Request from employees and managers of the Unit information and documents necessary for the performance of their duties.
Get acquainted with the documents that define the rights and obligations of the position held, the criteria for assessing the quality of performance of official duties.
Submit proposals for improvement of the work related to the responsibilities provided for in this instruction for consideration by the management.

V. Official responsibility

For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their official duties provided for by this instruction - within the limits established by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For failure to perform official duties.
For violation of the company's internal regulations.
For violation of business ethics.
For misuse of computer technology.
For offenses committed in the course of their activities, established by the current legislation of Ukraine.
For providing false information to management.
For careless attitude to record keeping.

VI. Working conditions

The courier's working hours are determined in accordance with the Internal Labor Regulations established by the company.
The courier, due to production needs, can go on business (local and regional) business trips.
