I. General Provisions

The information manager is hired and dismissed from his position by order of _______. When hiring, a fixed-term employment contract (contract) is concluded with him.
The information manager reports to the deputy editor-in-chief, and in his absence, to the person replacing him.
The information manager is guided by the current legislation of Ukraine, the Charter of the enterprise, its local regulatory and organizational and administrative documents, the Regulations on the Editorial Board and this Job Description.

II. Official duties

The information manager must know:

Ukrainian legislation;
bases of formation of databases and work with them.

The information manager must:

ensure the collection of information materials on all aspects;
involve various government, commercial and public organizations in information cooperation;
systematize and classify information materials received from different sources;
to form and systematically maintain an information database;
determine directions for expanding the volume of attracted free vacancies;
work with agents on the phone: define a task, receive reports on work and efficiency;
maintain a database of ads and submit reports on it;
prepare collections of information materials at the request of the editor, correspondents, head of the Publications Promotion Department;
systematically compile reviews of information materials of various types;
develop and submit proposals for the management to expand and improve the database of information materials.

III. Rights

Request the necessary information from the departments to complete the assigned tasks.
Participate in negotiations with representatives of enterprises and organizations on issues related to the performance of functional duties.
Make suggestions to management for improvement.

IV. A responsibility

The information manager is responsible for:
For non-disclosure of information about his salary, about the salary of other employees that became known to him.
For the observance of labor discipline.
For the full and timely execution of instructions and instructions from the management.

V. Indicators of the success of the information manager

The work of the information manager ensures the creation and development of the information base.
The editorial staff attracts a significant amount of free vacancies.
An analytical report is submitted on a quarterly basis on trends in requirements for specialists in the ad database.
Publications (upon request) systematically publish analytical and statistical materials based on data collected by the information manager.
