I. General Provisions

II. Official duties

Manages all activities of the TV and radio company (television companies, radio companies).
Organizes and directs the work of its structural divisions, leads the creative activities of the company's journalistic teams to improve the genres of television and radio journalism, the use of all its means of expression, is directly involved in the preparation and broadcasting of materials on the most important events in the region (region).
Leads the development of long-term and current calendar-thematic production and financial plans of the structural divisions of the television and radio company (television companies, radio companies), organizationally ensures their balance with the capabilities of technical means and their quantity, material and financial resources.
Ensures the fulfillment of planned targets.
Carries out constant communication with regional government bodies, local governments, public organizations and creative unions.
Concludes contracts with enterprises, organizations and institutions, monitors their implementation.
Introduces advanced domestic and foreign experience in the creation of television and radio programs into everyday practice.
Approves documents for the remuneration of full-time and freelance workers.
Controls the implementation of the speech units of the calendar and thematic plans.
Carries out measures to apply progressive forms of organization and labor protection, improve the types and forms of speech.
Controls the rational use of the financial allocations of material and technical resources provided for the company.
Facilitates the exchange of programs created by the company with other software producers.
Constantly takes care of providing the company with qualified employees.
Creates conditions for their constant creative growth and advanced training.
Ensures the implementation of self-supporting principles in the economic and economic activities of the company.
Decides on the recruitment, dismissal and promotion of employees, as well as the imposition of disciplinary sanctions.

III. Rights

The general director of the TV and radio company has the right:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Participate in the discussion of issues related to the performance of his duties.
Make suggestions for improving the work related to the provisions of this instruction.
Within the limits of his competence, inform his immediate supervisor about all those identified in the course of his activities, and make proposals for their elimination.
Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of their duties.

For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation on labor of Ukraine.
