I. General Provisions

The cook is appointed and dismissed by the director of the school.

IV. A responsibility

The chef is responsible for:

For the guilty infliction of damage to the School or participants in the educational process in connection with the performance (non-performance) of their official duties, the cook shall be liable in the manner and within the limits provided for by civil law.

V. Relationships. Relations by position

Cook:
