I. General Provisions

The head of the expedition is directly subordinate to _______.

Education, work experience: primary vocational education without presenting requirements for work experience or secondary (complete) general education and work experience as a freight forwarder for at least 1 year.

II. Official duties

Leads the work of the expedition.
Organizes the work of receiving, processing, sending to the destination of incoming goods, documents and correspondence, ensuring their safety and timely delivery to addressees.
Draws up instructions for escorting cargo and documents passing through the expedition.
Participates in checking the safety of the packaging (tare) and the presence of attachments in accordance with the accompanying documents, if necessary - in the preparation of acts for the detected shortage or damage.
Takes measures to provide the workers of the expedition with means of labor mechanization, inventory, special equipment, monitors their proper operation and technically sound condition.
It monitors the availability of the necessary modes of transport, the organization of proper transportation, carrying out loading and unloading operations, the placement and stowage of goods, documents and correspondence, the correct execution of acceptance documentation.
Organizes work on keeping records, compiling established reports, preparing certificates on compliance with delivery dates.
Provides the necessary mode of storage and safety of goods, documents and correspondence during their transportation.

III. Rights

The expedition leader has the right to:

give assignments to subordinate employees, tasks on a range of issues included in his functional duties.
control the fulfillment of production tasks, the timely execution of individual orders by subordinate employees.
request and receive the necessary materials and documents related to the issues of its activities and the activities of employees subordinate to it.
interact with other services of the enterprise on production and other issues that are part of its functional duties.
get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding the activities of the Division.
propose for consideration by the manager proposals for improving the work related to the duties provided for in this Job Description.
submit for consideration by the head of the proposal on the promotion of distinguished employees, the imposition of penalties on violators of production and labor discipline.
report to the manager on all identified violations and shortcomings in connection with the work performed.
The head of the expedition has the right to communicate with the press, transfer official information to other organizations as an employee of the enterprise:

only with the permission of the immediate supervisor;
within the framework of the functions performed by the position;
on all matters related to your field of activity in the enterprise.

IV. A responsibility

The Expedition Leader is responsible for:

improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the labor legislation of Ukraine;
violation of the rules and regulations governing the activities of the enterprise;
offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine;
infliction of material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine;
compliance with current instructions, orders and orders for the preservation of trade secrets and confidential information;
compliance with internal regulations, safety and fire safety rules.
When transferring to another job or dismissal from the post, the Head of the expedition is responsible for the proper and timely delivery of cases to the person taking up this position, and in the absence of such, to the person replacing him or directly to his leader.
