I. General Provisions

Payroll accountant _______ belongs to the professional category.
A person with a higher professional (economic) education and at least 2 years of experience in financial and economic work is appointed to the position of a payroll accountant.
Appointment to the position of an accountant and dismissed from it is made by order of the General Director _______ on the provision of the chief accountant.
The payroll accountant must know:

accounting legislation;
resolutions, orders, orders, other guidance, methodological and regulatory materials of financial and control and audit bodies on the organization of accounting and reporting, as well as those related to the economic and financial activities of the enterprise;
civil law, financial, tax and economic legislation;
structure and staffing of _______, its profile, specialization and development prospects;
provisions and instructions for the organization of accounting at the enterprise, the rules for its maintenance;
procedure for registration of operations and organization of document flow by accounting areas;
forms and procedure for financial settlements;
methods of economic analysis of the economic and financial activities of the enterprise, the identification of on-farm reserves;
the procedure for acceptance, posting, storage and expenditure of funds, inventory and other valuables;
rules for settlement with debtors and creditors;
conditions of taxation of legal entities and individuals;
the procedure for writing off shortages, receivables and other losses from accounting accounts;
rules for conducting inventories of cash and inventory items;
the procedure and terms for compiling balance sheets and reporting;
rules for conducting inspections and documentary audits;
means of computer technology, communications and communications and the possibility of their use for the performance of accounting and computing work and analysis of the production, economic and financial activities of the enterprise;
advanced domestic and foreign experience in improving the organization of accounting;
economics, organization of production, labor and management;
fundamentals of construction and production technology;
market methods of managing;
legislation on labor and labor protection of Ukraine;
rules and regulations of labor protection.

The Payroll Accountant reports directly to the Chief Accountant _______.
During the period of temporary absence of a payroll accountant (vacation, illness, etc.), his duties are performed by a person appointed by order of the General Director _______, who is responsible for their proper use.

II. Official duties

Carries out reception, analysis and control of timesheets and prepares them for counting processing;
Accepts and controls the correctness of registration of sheets of temporary disability, certificates for caring for patients and other documents confirming the right to absence of an employee from work, prepares them for accounting processing, as well as for the preparation of established financial statements;
Performs payroll calculations for employees of the enterprise, monitors the expenditure of the payroll fund;
Carries out registration of accounting entries and their posting;
Makes accruals and transfers of insurance premiums to state off-budget social funds, salaries of workers and employees, other payments and payments, as well as deductions of funds for material incentives for employees of the enterprise;
Prepares periodic reports on the UST in a timely manner, monitors the safety of accounting documents, draws them up in accordance with the established procedure for transfer to the archive;
Conducts on the basis of statements the payment of wages to employees of the enterprise;
Carries out control over observance of cash discipline, settlements with accountable persons;
Prepares data for the preparation of the balance sheet and operational summary reports on income and expenditure of funds;
Participates in the development and implementation of rational planning and accounting documentation, progressive forms and methods of accounting based on the use of modern computer technology and information technology;
Provides methodological assistance to employees of the company's divisions on accounting, control, reporting and economic analysis;
Systematically improves his qualifications in accounting courses and seminars;
Performs other assignments of the chief accountant (his deputy).

III. Rights

The payroll accountant has the right to:

Gets acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of _______ relating to its activities.
Make proposals for improving the work related to the duties provided for in this Job Description.
To request, on behalf of the management, from the departments information and documents necessary for the performance of his official duties.
Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of their duties.
Sign organizational and administrative documents on issues within his functional duties, as well as payment and other financial documents.

IV. A responsibility

The payroll accountant is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine.
Failure to ensure compliance with labor and performance discipline.
