I. General Provisions

Internet Cafe Administrator Assistant (hereinafter - Administrator Assistant) belongs to the category of technical executors.
The assistant administrator is appointed to the position and dismissed by the order of the director of the enterprise.
The Assistant Administrator reports directly to the Senior Administrator.
During the temporary absence of the Assistant Administrator, his duties are assigned to another assistant administrator appointed by order of the director, who is fully responsible for their proper performance.
A person at least 18 years of age is appointed to the position of Assistant Administrator without presenting requirements for education and work experience.
In his work, the Assistant Administrator is guided by:

legislation
the charter of the enterprise;
normative documents regulating the activities of Internet cafes;
orders and orders of the director of the enterprise, manager and senior administrator;
the rules of the labor schedule of the enterprise;
methodological materials related to the activities of Internet cafes;
this Job Description.

The admin assistant should know:

technology for providing services to visitors;
types and characteristics of the services provided;
rules and methods of organizing visitor service;
technology for installing and configuring the software used;
rules of internal labor regulations;
legislation on labor and labor protection;
rules and norms of labor protection, safety precautions, industrial sanitation and fire protection;

II. Official duties

The administrative assistant must:

on the day of taking the shift, arrive at the Internet cafe at the time established by the work schedule;
have a neat appearance;
assist the senior administrator on work with visitors;
when communicating with visitors, be polite, correct and restrained;
be able to explain the principles of working with the software installed in the Internet cafe;
be able to skillfully operate used computer and office equipment;
when a visitor vacates a workplace, personally check the condition of the vacated workplace and, if necessary, put it in order;
not allow the removal of property from the premises of an Internet cafe without the appropriate permission of the senior administrator;
take measures to prevent accidents, violations of safety requirements, as well as to eliminate identified shortcomings;
know the location of switchboard units, the procedure for action in case of accidents, fires, natural disasters;
upon detection of malfunctions in the power supply system, lighting, etc., inform the senior administrator;
immediately report to the senior administrator about all incidents in the Internet cafe;
when replacing the administrator, perform his duties;
to improve their own professional level.

The Assistant Administrator is prohibited from:

leave without the permission of the administrator;
independently, without the permission of the administrator, open, remove, dismantle and dismantle equipment, electrical panels, sockets, switches and other equipment;
use Internet cafe equipment for personal purposes;
smoke and allow smoking in places not designated for this purpose;
obstruct passages and access to fire extinguishing equipment, even for a short time;
use during work faulty equipment, devices and tools that have not passed the established examination and verification;
in the workplace to eat and carry out personal hygiene activities;
store clothing and personal items in places not provided for these purposes.

III. Rights

The administrator assistant has the right to:

require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of their duties and rights;
receive from the director of the enterprise the necessary documents and information on issues within the competence of the Assistant Administrator;
submit proposals for improvement of the work related to the responsibilities provided for by this instruction for consideration by the management.

IV. A responsibility

The Administrator Assistant is responsible for:

failure to fulfill their functional duties;
inaccurate information about the status of the execution of the received tasks and instructions, violation of the deadlines for their execution;
failure to comply with orders, instructions, instructions and tasks of a senior administrator, manager or director of the enterprise;
violation of the Internal Labor Regulations, Fire Safety and Safety Rules established at the enterprise.
