Main components healthy lifestyle are of a general nature and have a number of specific areas related to age problems. A healthy lifestyle of young people is a dynamic system of human behavior based on deep knowledge of various factors that affect human health, and the choice of a behavioral algorithm that maximizes the preservation and promotion of health and is constantly adjusted taking into account the acquired experience and age characteristics.

The essence of such behavior is by no means a fanatical adherence to some guidelines of a healthy lifestyle. Naturally, the restructuring of one's behavior always requires additional efforts, but everything should be done on the verge of pleasure. Pleasant from the efforts expended should be so much that the efforts do not seem in vain. The healthy lifestyle system you create must have an appeal, and you must clearly see the end goal of the effort, what do you want to achieve by leading a healthy lifestyle. The ultimate goal can be formulated as follows: "A healthy lifestyle is a system of human behavior to achieve well-being for oneself, for the family and the state."

A healthy lifestyle of young people is an individual system of behavior, and each young person must make a choice of his own path, he must also strive to develop a number of necessary qualities in himself.

To do this:

1) have a clearly formulated goal of life and have psychological stability in various life situations;

2) to know the forms of their behavior that contribute to the preservation and promotion of health;

3) believe that the lifestyle you lead will produce positive results;

4) to develop a positive attitude towards life, to perceive every day as a small life, to receive at least small joys from life every day;

5) develop in yourself a sense of self-respect, the realization that you do not live in vain, that you are able to solve all the tasks facing you and know how to do it;

6) constantly observe the mode of motor activity: the lot of a person is to move forever, there are no means that would replace movement;

7) observe the rules and food hygiene;

8) observe the regime of work and rest and timely cleanse the body of the products of its activity;

9) be an optimist, moving along the path of health promotion, set achievable goals and not dramatize failures;

10) rejoice in success, because in all undertakings success breeds success.

All this is included in the content of a healthy lifestyle of the young generation, which can be achieved by observing the rules of a healthy lifestyle.

A New Way to Control and Manipulate Optical Signals 05.05.2024

The modern world of science and technology is developing rapidly, and every day new methods and technologies appear that open up new prospects for us in various fields. One such innovation is the development by German scientists of a new way to control optical signals, which could lead to significant progress in the field of photonics. Recent research has allowed German scientists to create a tunable waveplate inside a fused silica waveguide. This method, based on the use of a liquid crystal layer, allows one to effectively change the polarization of light passing through a waveguide. This technological breakthrough opens up new prospects for the development of compact and efficient photonic devices capable of processing large volumes of data. The electro-optical control of polarization provided by the new method could provide the basis for a new class of integrated photonic devices. This opens up great opportunities for ... >>

Primium Seneca keyboard 05.05.2024

Keyboards are an integral part of our daily computer work. However, one of the main problems that users face is noise, especially in the case of premium models. But with the new Seneca keyboard from Norbauer & Co, that may change. Seneca is not just a keyboard, it is the result of five years of development work to create the ideal device. Every aspect of this keyboard, from acoustic properties to mechanical characteristics, has been carefully considered and balanced. One of the key features of Seneca is its silent stabilizers, which solve the noise problem common to many keyboards. In addition, the keyboard supports various key widths, making it convenient for any user. Although Seneca is not yet available for purchase, it is scheduled for release in late summer. Norbauer & Co's Seneca represents new standards in keyboard design. Her ... >>

The world's tallest astronomical observatory opened 04.05.2024

Exploring space and its mysteries is a task that attracts the attention of astronomers from all over the world. In the fresh air of the high mountains, far from city light pollution, the stars and planets reveal their secrets with greater clarity. A new page is opening in the history of astronomy with the opening of the world's highest astronomical observatory - the Atacama Observatory of the University of Tokyo. The Atacama Observatory, located at an altitude of 5640 meters above sea level, opens up new opportunities for astronomers in the study of space. This site has become the highest location for a ground-based telescope, providing researchers with a unique tool for studying infrared waves in the Universe. Although the high altitude location provides clearer skies and less interference from the atmosphere, building an observatory on a high mountain poses enormous difficulties and challenges. However, despite the difficulties, the new observatory opens up broad research prospects for astronomers. ... >>

Toshiba HK3E2 Solid State Drives 12.12.2014

Toshiba Electronics Europe (TEE) has introduced two new series of enterprise solid state drives (eSSD) - HK3E2 for systems with increased durability and HK3R2 for systems with high read intensity. These 6Gb/s SATA SSDs complement the company's enterprise storage portfolio, which includes devices with different levels of durability to meet the requirements of different systems and customer environments, Toshiba told CNews.

HK3E2 drives offer capacities up to 800 GB in a standard 2,5" form factor (7 mm thick) and are designed for use in common enterprise systems such as mail exchange servers, web servers, database servers, index servers, and data center storage data. The devices are rated to perform three rewrites per day for five years at a 4 KiB random load in an enterprise environment.

The HK3R2 drives, on the other hand, offer capacities up to 960GB in a standard 2,5" form factor (7mm thick) and are designed for use in high read intensive applications such as read cache, video streaming and data center storage. . New items are designed for one rewrite cycle per day for five years with a random load of 4 KiB in a corporate environment.

Both eSSD series are optimally suited for enterprise environments, and their common controller and mechanical design provide complete power loss protection and comprehensive data protection, Toshiba noted. In addition, both the HK3R2 series and the HK3E2 series use Toshiba's proprietary QSBC (Quadruple Swing-By Code) error correction technology, an error correction code (ECC) that can protect customer data from damage due to NAND media wear, which increases the life of solid state Toshiba drives. These series SSDs also use Toshiba-developed SATA SSD controller and second-generation Toshiba MLC NAND flash memory with 19nm technology.

"The HK3E2 and HK3R2 series meet different application requirements but share a common platform that will enable customers to increase testing efficiency and avoid redundant qualifications," said Martin Larsson, Vice President, Storage Business Unit, Toshiba Electronics Europe. "The Toshiba-designed enterprise-class SATA SSD controller and second-generation Toshiba 19nm MLC NAND integrated flash memory help meet customer demands for performance and data integrity."
