If you want children to play in the country always under supervision - make them a sandbox. It does not require special skill, scarce materials and sophisticated tools. A hacksaw with a hammer and dead wood poles - that's all you need for this job. As for the proposed design, it is interesting because it is extremely simple and ... collapsible, which means it is installed for the season, and then removed for storage under a canopy or in a storage shed. So, you applied poles from the forest and sawed them accordingly: is everything the same - then the sandbox will turn out to be square, or half of them are half as long - then we will get an oblong version.

Now, in order to get sandbox walls from them, you need to drive four stakes (of arbitrary height) in each of the corners of the site marked out in accordance with the length of the pole blanks according to the diagram shown: marked with the number 1 will limit the longitudinal shift of the poles, 2 will prevent them from moving inside the site, 3 - keep from falling out. The distance between stakes 2 and 3 must correspond to the thickness (diameter) of the poles.

Now we lay the prepared segments of poles between the stakes - we get stable, strong walls of the sandbox. On one of its sides, you can nail (in stakes) a board-seat, and then paint it in a bright color. It remains to bring sand in a wheelbarrow or drag buckets of sand - and play, kids, to your health!

The summer season is over - the sandbox was dismantled and hidden until the next one. So it is well preserved and will last a long time.
