I bring to your attention a sketch of an indoor sports equipment for children 5-8 years old: a "double" horizontal bar or uneven bars. The main advantage of the simulator is that it can be disassembled and put away under the bed in a minute.

The structure is assembled from 1/2" water pipes, only 3/4 pipe sections are used for fixing bushings. Holes are made in the bushings for a fixing lamb bolt, under which a nut is welded in these places: thanks to them, you can set and change the height of the crossbar at will -rods It is easy to fix the rod with the help of a simple pin - for this it is enough to drill holes for it in the sleeve and racks.

The design does not require stretch marks or reinforcing scarves. Welding provides it with the necessary reliability and rigidity.

Scientists from the University of Bern in Switzerland have proven that you can learn a foreign language in your sleep. Neuroscientists have proposed a technology using brain waves in the active phase of non-REM and deep sleep.

Experts have developed a way in which it is possible to study in a dream, gaining new knowledge. The researchers relied on the use of deep sleep, which is a separate phase.

41 people were invited to participate in the experiment, then people were asked to put on headphones before going to bed. The scientists reproduced to volunteers various words in one of the foreign languages, and some of them were fictitious. When the volunteers woke up, they were given a memory test. The scientists noted that the subjects memorized real-life phrases with repeated repetition in the deep sleep phase.

The words that scientists invented were better fixed during the active phase of non-REM sleep. The researchers concluded that this stage can be used to assimilate the necessary information when learning foreign languages.
