Focus Description:

There is a stand on the stage with an opaque board attached to it from above. On the board is a stand on the opposite side from the audience. Show the audience a wide and long perfectly clean cardboard, put it on a stand so that the audience can see it from both sides of the board.

Put on gloves and, taking a piece of chalk (or a marker) in your hands, tell the audience that you will now write on a cardboard a number of different numbers that the audience has not even thought of yet. After what has been said, write a few numbers on the cardboard. Of course, they will not be visible to the audience. Putting the chalk on a stand, put your freed hand on top of the board in full view of everyone (Fig. a). Then invite the audience to name their numbers.

When they name what comes to their mind, remove the scribbled cardboard from the rack, turn it with numbers towards the audience and show it (fig. b). On the cardboard there will be the numbers you previously wrote - exactly the ones that the audience called after that, and even in the same order.

The fact is that on the opposite side, not visible to the audience, there was a model of your hand in exactly the same glove that you have on your hands. When you seemed to be writing on cardboard, you were only pretending to write. After that, instead of your right hand, you put a dummy on the board.

When the audience calls you numbers one after another, you quietly and quickly write them down on a piece of cardboard under the cover of a blackboard. The audience, of course, will not guess about this, as they will think that both of your hands are in front of them. When you remove the cardboard from the stand, at the same time remove and leave the fake hand on the stand from the invisible side. Viewers will be very surprised to see the numbers they named.

Bluetooth range - more than 200 meters 08.06.2019

At an event dedicated to the announcement of Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro smartphones in China, company representatives announced an interesting distinguishing feature of these models from most other smartphones - the presence of a Super Bluetooth module with a range of up to 200 meters.

The chip implementing Super Bluetooth, called Hi1103, is Huawei's own design. What's more, it also combines a Wi-Fi adapter, IR, GPS and even FM receivers! This highly integrated solution is, of course, compatible with the Kirin 980 single-chip system.

The Honor 20 Pro was able to communicate with the wireless speaker at a distance of 230,9 m in line-of-sight conditions. And with the Beats BeatsX headphones, the result was even better - 244,33 m under the condition of line-of-sight. For comparison, under the same conditions, the Samsung Galaxy S10 + "lost" the headphones at a distance of 152 m, the iPhone Xs Max made it possible to listen to music as long as the user did not retire to a distance of more than 121 m.

Interestingly, during a voice call with Honor 20 and the same headphones, the range was 265 m at all!
