The body is made of fiberglass 2 mm thick, to which a radiator is attached around the entire perimeter. A hole is made in the bottom of the case exactly the size of the transistor case, which sits on the radiator, and the bottom is so thick that the emitter leads of the transistor lie on the case foil and are pressed against it with brass plates and M3 screws. So that the base and collector do not touch the "ground", under them, near the transistor case, the foil is removed by 3 mm, and the leads are slightly bent upwards. C2 and C3 are mounted vertically on G-racks made of brass, which are the grounding of the rotors, C1 and C4 - on U-shaped racks made of textolite.

Amplifier design

Details:

C1, C2, C3, C4 - 1KPM 1 (3 ... 27pf).
L1 - 3 turns with 0,8 mm wire, winding diameter 6 mm.
L2 - 8 turns with wire 0,8 mm, winding diameter 5 mm, l=18mm.
L3 - 4 turns with a tire 2x0,7 mm, winding diameter 8 mm, l = 16 mm.
L4 - 4 turns with 0,8 mm wire, winding diameter 15 mm (resistor R2 inside the coil).
Transistor KT930A (30V, 2,4A), KT931A (30V, 3A).

When using the KT931A transistor, 2 turns are short-circuited at L2, three capacitors are added to the circuit, shown in dotted lines. By selecting these capacitances and L2, the RA is negotiated.

Artificial leather for touch emulation 15.04.2024

In a modern technology world where distance is becoming increasingly commonplace, maintaining connection and a sense of closeness is important. Recent developments in artificial skin by German scientists from Saarland University represent a new era in virtual interactions. German researchers from Saarland University have developed ultra-thin films that can transmit the sensation of touch over a distance. This cutting-edge technology provides new opportunities for virtual communication, especially for those who find themselves far from their loved ones. The ultra-thin films developed by the researchers, just 50 micrometers thick, can be integrated into textiles and worn like a second skin. These films act as sensors that recognize tactile signals from mom or dad, and as actuators that transmit these movements to the baby. Parents' touch to the fabric activates sensors that react to pressure and deform the ultra-thin film. This ... >>

Petgugu Global cat litter 15.04.2024

Taking care of pets can often be a challenge, especially when it comes to keeping your home clean. A new interesting solution from the Petgugu Global startup has been presented, which will make life easier for cat owners and help them keep their home perfectly clean and tidy. Startup Petgugu Global has unveiled a unique cat toilet that can automatically flush feces, keeping your home clean and fresh. This innovative device is equipped with various smart sensors that monitor your pet's toilet activity and activate to automatically clean after use. The device connects to the sewer system and ensures efficient waste removal without the need for intervention from the owner. Additionally, the toilet has a large flushable storage capacity, making it ideal for multi-cat households. The Petgugu cat litter bowl is designed for use with water-soluble litters and offers a range of additional ... >>

The attractiveness of caring men 14.04.2024

The stereotype that women prefer "bad boys" has long been widespread. However, recent research conducted by British scientists from Monash University offers a new perspective on this issue. They looked at how women responded to men's emotional responsibility and willingness to help others. The study's findings could change our understanding of what makes men attractive to women. A study conducted by scientists from Monash University leads to new findings about men's attractiveness to women. In the experiment, women were shown photographs of men with brief stories about their behavior in various situations, including their reaction to an encounter with a homeless person. Some of the men ignored the homeless man, while others helped him, such as buying him food. A study found that men who showed empathy and kindness were more attractive to women compared to men who showed empathy and kindness. ... >>

Samsung Display Prototypes 23.05.2004

At the Seattle show, Samsung showcased a 17-inch organic EL panel designed for TVs.

Unlike its main competitors in this market sector, Samsung uses low molecular weight organic EL materials on a glass substrate to create panels. Samsung used laser layering technology to create the panel. The prototype has a resolution of 1600x1200 pixels and a brightness of 400 cd/m2.

The power consumption is 10W (when 30% of the display is white). The company also introduced a 2,2 inch organic EL panel for mobile phones for the first time. The panel has a QVGA resolution (320x240 ppi). The best mode for it is 180 ppi with a brightness of 150 cd/m2 when the power consumption is 150 mW.
