There is an inverse relationship between the average annual temperature and the IQ of the population of different US states: the colder the climate, the smarter the population. These data confirm a pattern observed back in 2006, when appropriate intelligence tests were conducted in 129 countries around the world: in colder countries, the IQ is on average higher than in warm ones.
