A lot has already been written about unlock mobile. But I want to dedicate this article to the phones of one company. Namely, Siemens.

The firmware is, so to speak, the axis of the mobile, that is, what we observe: menus, sounds, functions, and so on. Secondly, a mobile is a "flash", that is, a memory on which the firmware is written and in which all user settings are stored, as well as data on the phone model, firmware number and other technical data. In order to remove the lock (lock - password), we will have to erase the entire flash (that is, the firmware and everything else). That is, the phone will remain "naked" to such an extent that it will not even turn on. After that, we upload a new phone firmware - voila, our electronic Frankenstein is alive! All this is done with the help of software, which is discussed below ...

The very first and most important rule of phreaking is SAFETY! That is, you need to backup the firmware of your mobile, because cables, computers, mobiles themselves and the operation of the software are different. All this taken together can kill your phone completely and no service will restore it!

So with the background figured out, now closer to the point. In order to do something with the mobile, we need pieces of iron. I do not advise using infrared ports for unlocking, since most (namely, 99,9%) of the available software do not work under them. Therefore, we need a cable to connect the mobile charging socket and the com-port of the computer (in bourgeois it is called data-cable). You can buy it in any normal cellular communication or cellular accessories store. (A small nuance: many programs are written so moronic that they do not allow changing Com-ports. Therefore, in order to run the necessary software that breaks only on Com1, we will have to turn off the modem hanging on it, for example. The conclusion is crap.)

Further. Windows #98. Only and it is she. No NT, 2000, Me, let alone XP (Speaking of XP: do not believe the fairy tales that by allegedly changing the "compatibility" option in the properties of the exe file, you will ensure that the program written for win95 will run under XP. All these are fairy tales and machinations of the bourgeois). Under Windows of other versions, the programs will probably work, but not correctly, and therefore it is impossible to guarantee the duration of the life cycle of the experimental Siemens.

Now the most interesting - software. The sea is soft, but 90% of it is inoperable shnyaga. Good, 100% working software can be bought, but the question is whether we are pleased with the prices: from 200 rubles to $400. They didn't make me happy. It took me 2 days to find a working software. What does the software for unlocking mobile phones have an interesting geography - basically our brothers-Slavs aka Poles, Czechs, Slovaks and even Croats rivet it. Well, everything has been clear with the Poles for a long time - in my opinion, the purpose of the existence of Poland as such is the production of various kinds of products that are not of high quality. How the rest of the soft-makers got into the ranks remains a mystery to me =)

But closer to the body. Names and labels. Of all the frivolous garbage lying on the network, only 2 programs really (I repeat: really!) work: Winswup32 NW-Prorvider/Service-Version, by Jogi and Siemens X35 Service Tools v.1.7, by MARTECH (martech.von.pl). These 2 programs are good because the first one really reflashes the mobile, and the second one really removes the locks. Unfortunately, there are higher versions of both programs, but we will not get them, because they cost money =)))

To mock the mobile in terms of changing logos, music, Russification of the notebook and other nonsense =) I recommend the program Sx35CZ v.2.2.0.2. Good luck to you young freaker and your mobile. God willing she survives

Z.Y. The story with my Siemens ended successfully (otherwise there would be no this article) - the lock was removed, the phone lives and breathes fresh firmware.
