In the premises for spectators, emergency lighting should be provided, providing reduced illumination of at least 15% of the standard in these premises. It is allowed to use emergency or evacuation lighting as part of the emergency lighting. 7.2.31. In auditoriums with stationary film installations, in the event of an emergency termination of film projection, automatic switching on of lamps providing at least 15% of the rated illumination for the illumination mode of the hall during breaks between film screenings should be provided. 7.2.32. Management of working and emergency lighting should be provided for:

Safety lighting should be carried out in the premises of the stage (stage), cash desks, administrator, cloakroom, security posts, fire station, technical control rooms, health centers, transformer substation, KTP, main switchboard, telephone exchange and in rooms for animals in circuses. Escape lighting should be provided in all rooms where more than 50 people can stay, as well as on all stairs, walkways and other escape routes. 7.2.34. Light indicators should be placed above the doors along the escape routes from the auditorium, from the stage (stage, arena) and from other rooms in the direction of the exit from the building and have a color in accordance with NPB 160-97 "Signal colors. Fire safety signs. Types, dimensions, general technical requirements". Light indicators must be connected to the power source of security lighting or evacuation lighting or automatically switch to it in the event of a power failure on the main sources supplying them. Light indicators must be on during the entire time the spectators stay in the building. 7.2.35. The control of safety lighting and evacuation lighting should be provided from the fire station, from the emergency lighting panel or from the main switchboard (ASU). 7.2.36. Incandescent lamps shall be used for safety lighting and evacuation lighting switched on or switched over to battery power. Fluorescent lamps can be used when powering fixtures from a battery installation through DC-to-AC converters. 7.2.37. The lighting of the musicians' stands in the orchestra pit must be provided by lamps connected to socket outlets. 7.2.38. In entertainment enterprises, the possibility of connecting illumination and advertising installations should be provided.
