Section 2. Sewerage of electricity Overhead power lines with voltage above 1 kV. Crossing and approaching overhead lines with aboveground and surface pipelines, oil and gas transport facilities and cable cars Encyclopedia of radio electronics and electrical engineering / Rules for the installation of electrical installations (PUE) 2.5.279. The angle of intersection of overhead lines with aboveground and ground gas pipelines, oil pipelines, oil product pipelines, pipelines of liquefied hydrocarbon gases, ammonia pipelines *, as well as with passenger cable cars, is recommended to be taken close to 90º. The angle of intersection of overhead lines with above-ground and ground pipelines for the transport of non-combustible liquids and gases, as well as with industrial cable cars, is not standardized. * Gas pipelines, oil pipelines, oil product pipelines, pipelines of liquefied hydrocarbon gases, ammonia pipelines are hereinafter referred to as pipelines for the transport of combustible liquids and gases. 2.5.280. Intersection of overhead lines of 110 kV and above with above-ground and ground main and field pipelines * for the transport of flammable liquids and gases, as a rule, is not allowed. It is allowed to cross these overhead lines with existing single-line ground main pipelines for the transport of flammable liquids and gases, as well as with the existing technical corridors of these pipelines when laying pipelines in an embankment. In areas with permafrost soils, it is allowed to cross overhead lines of 110 kV and higher with aboveground and ground main oil pipelines, as well as with their technical corridors without laying oil pipelines in the embankment. At the same time, oil pipelines at a distance of 1000 m on both sides of the intersection with overhead lines must meet the requirements for sections of pipelines of category I, and within the security zone of overhead lines of 500 kV and above - category B according to building codes and rules of main pipelines. In crossing spans with overhead lines, above-ground and ground pipelines for the transport of flammable liquids and gases, except for those laid in the embankment, should be protected by fences that prevent wires from getting on the pipeline both when they are broken, and unbroken wires when the supports that limit the crossing span fall. Fencing should be designed for loads from the impact of wires when they are broken or when overhead lines fall, limiting the crossing span, and for thermal resistance when short-circuit currents flow. The fence should protrude on both sides of the intersection for a distance equal to the height of the support. * Main and field pipelines are hereinafter referred to as main pipelines. 2.5.281. The overhead line supports that limit the span of intersection with above-ground and ground pipelines, as well as with cable cars, must be anchors of a normal design. For overhead lines with steel-aluminum wires with an aluminum cross section of 120 mm2 or more or with steel ropes with a cross section of 50 mm2 or more, except for crossings with passenger cable cars, lightweight anchor supports or intermediate supports are allowed. Support clamps on intermediate supports must be blind. When constructing new pipelines and cableways under operating overhead lines of 500 kV and above, reorganization of the overhead line is not required if the shortest distance is maintained in accordance with Table. 2.5.39. In the spans of the intersection of overhead lines with pipelines for the transport of flammable liquids and gases, wires and cables should not have connections. Table 2.5.39. The shortest distance from the wires of overhead lines to ground, elevated pipelines, cable cars1)
* When laying a pipeline in an embankment, the distance to the embankment increases by 1 m. ** If the height of the above-ground structure exceeds the height of the overhead line support, the distance between this structure and the overhead line should be taken not less than the height of this structure. 1. The distances given in the table are taken to the edge of the embankment or protective device. 2.5.282. VL wires should be located above elevated pipelines and cable cars. In exceptional cases, it is allowed to pass overhead lines up to 220 kV under cable cars, which must have bridges or nets to protect overhead lines. Fastening of bridges and grids on overhead line supports is not allowed. Vertical distances from overhead lines to bridges, nets and fences (2.5.280) should be the same as to aboveground and surface pipelines and cable cars (see Table 2.5.39). 2.5.283. In spans of intersection with overhead lines, metal pipelines, except for those laid in embankments, cable cars, as well as fences, bridges and grids, must be grounded. The resistance provided by the use of artificial grounding should be no more than 10 ohms. 2.5.284. Distances when crossing, approaching and parallel following with overground and ground pipelines and cable cars must be at least those given in Table. 2.5.39*. Vertical distances in the normal mode of operation of the overhead line should be taken not less than the values \u2.5.39b\uXNUMXbgiven in Table. XNUMX:
In emergency mode, distances are checked for overhead lines with wires with a cross-sectional area of \u185b\u2bthe aluminum part of less than 185 mm2 at an average annual temperature, without ice and wind; for overhead lines with wires with a cross-sectional area of \uXNUMXb\uXNUMXbthe aluminum part of XNUMX mmXNUMX or more, a check in the event of a wire break is not required. The route of overhead lines with a voltage of 110 kV and above, when running in parallel with the technical corridors of elevated and ground main oil pipelines and oil product pipelines, should, as a rule, pass on the ground with relief marks above the marks of the technical corridors of main oil pipelines and oil product pipelines. In the regions of Western Siberia and the Far North **, when the overhead lines of 110 kV and above run in parallel with the technical corridors of aboveground and ground main gas pipelines, oil pipelines, oil product pipelines and ammonia pipelines, the distance from the axis of the overhead line to the extreme pipeline should be at least 1000 m. * The mutual arrangement of pipelines, their buildings, structures and outdoor installations and overhead lines that are part of the pipelines is determined by departmental standards. ** Hereinafter, the regions of Western Siberia include the oil and gas producing regions of the Tyumen and Tomsk regions and the Yamalo-Nenets and Khanty-Mansiysk districts, and the regions of the Far North - the territory included in this concept by the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the USSR of 10.10.67. 2.5.285. The distance from the extreme non-deflected wires of the overhead line to the purge candles installed on the main gas pipelines should be taken at least 300 m. In sections of a cramped overhead line route, this distance can be reduced to 150 m, except for multi-circuit overhead lines located both on common and on separate supports. 2.5.286. At the intersection of overhead lines with newly constructed above-ground and ground main pipelines, the latter, at a distance of 50 m on both sides of the projection of the extreme undeflected wire, must have a category for overhead lines up to 20 kV that meets the requirements of building codes and regulations, and for overhead lines 35 kV and above - one category higher.
