1.3.33. At a voltage of 35 kV and above, the conductors must be checked according to the conditions for the formation of a corona, taking into account the average annual values of air density and temperature at the height of the location of this electrical installation above sea level, the reduced radius of the conductor, as well as the coefficient of non-smoothness of the conductors.

In this case, the highest field strength at the surface of any of the conductors, determined at an average operating voltage, should be no more than 0,9 of the initial electric field strength corresponding to the appearance of a common corona.

Verification should be carried out in accordance with current guidelines.

In addition, the conductors must be checked for the conditions of the permissible level of radio interference from the corona.

D-Link NetDefend UTM DFL-870 Firewall 10.10.2016

D-Link announced the release of the NetDefend UTM DFL-870 series firewall, designed to provide a comprehensive solution for managing, monitoring and maintaining a secure network infrastructure in distributed corporate networks. The DFL-870 firewall is equipped with six configurable Gigabit Ethernet ports (by default - 2 WAN ports, 1 DMZ port and 3 LAN ports), a mini-USB console port and two USB ports (reserved for use in subsequent firmware versions). The DFL-870 is made in a metal case and can be installed in a 19-inch rack using the fasteners included in the package.

The new firewall supports Route FailOver channel redundancy, the ability to organize up to 128 VLANs, configure access policies, OSPF and SNMP v1/v2c protocols. The performance of the device provides high speeds for opening new sessions and processing traffic, including IPS, AV and WCF.

The DFL-870 provides highly effective known and zero-day attack prevention based on IPS component signature technology; streaming AV scanning using signatures from Kaspersky Labs without saving incoming files to the cache; Web content filtering based on global index servers, blacklists, policies, and settings. Built-in VPN support allows you to organize PPTP, L2TP and IPSec tunnels (IKEv1 and IKEv2) for secure remote access to corporate data using DES encryption (56 bits).

The DFL-870 supports the ZoneDefense function, which, when working with a number of xStack D-Link series switches, can block infected computers and prevent malicious traffic from spreading through the internal network.

Configuration, management and monitoring of the DFL-870 can be carried out using the Web interface, console or remote SSH access. Management features include remote management, bandwidth management policies, URL/keyword blocking, access policies, and SNMP. It also supports network monitoring features such as email notification, system log, persistence check, and real-time statistics.

The DFL-870 has been available for order from official D-Link resellers since the beginning of November 2016 at a suggested end user price of $875. To support the transition to the new model, all customers who have confirmed an order before the end of December 2016, the DFL-870 will be offered at the price of the popular DFL-860E firewall.

Additional licenses are available for the DFL-870 for Application Control (DFL-870-AC-12-LIC), Antivirus (DFL-870-AV-12-LIC), Intrusion Prevention (DFL-870-IPS-12-LIC), Content Web content filtering (DFL-870-WCF-12-LIC).
